If I could give negative stars, I would. This was by far the worst ordering experience I’ve ever had & I wish I checked this before buying from there. Wasted my money on buy one get one free and only one was ever shipped, not sure if I’m ever going to get my first dress but it’s been two months that I’ve been waiting. Tried emailing to cancel and get my money back but it’s like screaming into the black void. Worst scam ever- DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. By all means stay tf away from this scam ass site🤬🤬

Took 2 months to arrive with no update from seller email address on website doesn't work. Can't return waste of money

Not even worth one star. I ordered two dresses one which was free. Only one arrived. It's very thin material and at least two sizes too small. I've sent them 3 emails about a refund they apparently have to send you a return label. I've been ignored completely. Avoid this company like the plague. Their just stealing your money.

It's a scam. It's been almost two months and l didn't receive my order. Very poor customer service. Only one email and after that they don't answer.

Not even worth 1 star. Delivery took over a month, extremely bad customer service and not possible to return items. Received only one dress instead of two.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. It’s been 27 days since I sent an email and I still haven’t received a response. Terrible customer service. Their ad was found on Instagram—avoid buying from this company.

wrong size received, supposed to get 2 dress, one dress was received and took over 20 days to get delivered. Terrify customer services. MUST AVOID.

Only 1 of the 2 dresses i ordered arrived and the quality was absolutely horrifying. also contacted customer support before they came and never received a reply. DONT ORDER HERE

If I could I would give zero. After waiting for months i got one dress, another one missing. And it’s nothing like the picture itself.

Bought 2 dresses for £23 no tracking, no response to my email and no way to get a refund.

Ware kommt erst gar nicht an, nach mehrmaliger Kontaktaufnahme dann mal ein Kleid und das zweite kam nie. Das Kleid das ankam war eine Frechheit - bei weitem nicht wie beschrieben!

My daughter is a student so doesn’t have much money. She bought 2 dresses over a month ago, no delivery and no reply from company. Reading reviews, this seems to be a common occurrence. Is this company legit?

I ordered nearly 4 weeks ago now and I am still yet to receive anything.
I then asked for a refund due to the items being so delayed that they wouldn’t arrive in time for a weekend I had on Monday now.
I am since had all emails ignored.
Absolute joke of a company with extremely poor customer service.

ORDERED 2 DRESSES TO WEAR TO A WEDDING, PAID FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY. IT IS NOW OVER DUE BY 5 DAYS. I HAVE SENT 8 EMAILS AND NOT RECEIVED ANY EMAILS BACK WITH A RESPONCE.
AVOID BUYING AND REPORT THEM TO TRANDING STANDARDS.
