Dear Ramsay,

Thanks for your review.

We are sorry for no response as we just found your message in junk email after we've seen your review, we do apologise for this late response.

At the moment we are afraid we only have 235ml bottle for this spray, the 470 ml bottle is for the shampoo rather than the spray, we are really sorry about the wrong information and we've corrected it in the product description.

Please let us know if you wish to return the item. We definitely issue a free return label for you in this case.

We do apologise for this inconvenience and thanks for your patience.

Best Regards
BYMiT Team

Absolutely fantastic service

Absolutely fantastic service, amazing products at affordable prices. Swift delivery. I purchased 2 Necoichi cat food bowls, couldn't find them anywhere else in 2 different sizes, so beautifully designed yet functional. Can't praise enough this company

Super speedy delivery and bonus no…

Super speedy delivery and bonus no plastic packaging 👌

I'm still unsure if my dog can eat the Terra Cunnis. She does usually eat another brand of Kangeroo & Parsnip. She's extremely sensitive so I am going slowly with it.

But as a company, can't fault it 😊

Good quality

Swift delivery. The food bowl is good quality and Maggie loves her new feather toy (which seems to resist despite her rough play!)

Good service and good quality items

Delivery was quick and items were packaged very carefully. The items are a good quality and design, I’m very happy with my purchases (two ceramic cat bowls). I would certainly order from BYMit again and can highly recommend to others.
