BYLT has earned a customer for life. My package was lost in the mail, and after getting no help from the carrier, I reached out to BYLT. They responded quickly and offered to replace my order free of charge—even though I didn’t purchase Route Package Protection at checkout (I will from now on!).
Edson was professional, warm, and extremely helpful. BYLT’s customer service is as impressive as the quality of their products—and both are hard to find these days. Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service and overall…
Terrible customer service and overall bad experience. I ordered my husband stuff for Christmas and paid $28 for priority shipping stating it would arrive to my destination on Christmas Eve. Well that never happened. Since I was staying at an AirBnB I then had to pay $17 for UPS to change the delivery address because I did not want to going to the house I was no longer at. Well the package never got delivered. Customer service refunded me the $28 and then told me they would ship me a replacement package but one of my items they claimed was no longer in stock and refunded me. But when I looked online it was in stock. They gave me a terrible run around story and excuse and said I could just reorder but would not give it to me at the holiday sale price I originally paid. Since I order a sweatshirt and sweatpants as a set I wanted to return the pants now because I didn’t have the top and they say “ As a courtesy and we’ve waived the return shipping fee.” SERIOUSLY?? A courtesy??? Mind you I received the order a month and a half after placing it. I will never order from them again!!!!

Still a fan but poor QC process
I'll start this by saying I'm a big fan of BYLT, have many of their clothes including a jacket, couple of shirts, shorts and have been trying to buy pants.
I returned a christmas gift to get two pairs of the tech denim every day pant in size 36, just different colors. Upon arrival they were completely different pants. One fit perfectly and was loose fitting in the legs. The other was legitimately two inches more narrow in the waist and fit like skinny jeans. Both marketed the same pants, same size but not close.
I return the ones too small and get the coolflex denim pant size 36, waist fits well but they are 3 inches longer than the other ones. I'm 5"9 so this makes them unwearable.
I also ordered two pairs of shorts size 36 and they pretty much fall off.
The return process is easy and free so it doesn't seem like a big deal but at this point I don't know what to return it for

I reached out to BYLT customer service due to a quality issue I was experiencing with a shirt that I had purchased a few months prior (outside the return window). I honestly expected them to just politely tell me it was too late, but they handled my request better than I could have ever imagined. I'm completely satisfied with this experience and if I didn't already have a reason to be a loyal returning customer I definitely do now.
Extremely frustrating and unresolved
This was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had.
I tried to exchange my Everyday Pant 2.0 (Navy Regular 38) for a size 36. The exchange portal repeatedly redirected me to the wrong item and wouldn’t let me complete the exchange. I contacted support and spent over an hour in chat with long delays between responses.
Support initially claimed exchanges weren’t possible because of “low inventory,” but the item showed in stock online and I had it in my cart. The rep later acknowledged they could see inventory available but said the exchange portal still wouldn’t show it due to a backend issue.
Their proposed fix was to return for store credit and reorder — but I purchased the pants on sale (roughly $83 each after discounts), and reordering costs $96 each. That is not an even exchange and they couldn’t offer a clear way to match the original purchase price through an exchange.
Ultimately, the only thing I received was a free shipping code after a lot of wasted time, and the issue still wasn’t resolved. Between the broken exchange system and the lack of accountability, I can’t recommend BYLT.

Use code Scam This is a bullshit company with no direct number to their non existent customer service!! They also do not respond to emails .. You need to run faster than Gronk to Get away from these thieves!!!
BYLT for the win!
I’ve ordered several different products from BYLT. The quality of each product has been amazing and their delivery process has been flawless. I’m so impressed and will order more in the future. I highly recommend BYLT and I’m sure you’ll be equally impressed.
Deceiving and Bad return policy.
Bought two hoodies. Sizes are deceiving from modeling images. Colors seem a bit off and basic designs. It’s made in a china marked up significantly. If return items are not exchanged, additional fees for shipping and processing are applied. Not premium but heavily marketed that way. Would not purchase again.
My order got cancelled without notice
I ordered a gift certificate as a Christmas present, to be digitally sent to my nephew. The day AFTER Christmas, I got a notice that my order had been cancelled because it was tagged as fraudulent. They didn't contact me or give me an opportunity to confirm or deny the fraud prior to the cancellation. I contacted customer service (sounded like a bot) which replied with no explanation of what the problem was, just that I should try again. Of course I won't -- I'll find a different brand! Terrible

Order placed on 11/24, billed and paid for and now sitting in a post office for 18 days. Multiple emails sent to BYLT with no response, tried the chat session multiple times with no response. No phone number for help, tried to contact multiple stores with common response of we can't do anything. Very disappointed
