Good booking system, received email with date and timeslot which I could confirm or rearrange. Rang half an hour before arrival to confirm everything was ok and then the bonus was they offered to carry the boxes through to the back garden for me too. Highly recommend

Brilliant service from start to finish, got a call from the delivery guys 30 mins before they arrived, both guys really friendly and polite, very efficient ,pergola was assembled with in an hour and a half, no mess no fuss,

We were kept informed of delivery date and time throughout including a call 15 minutes before delivery. The guys who then put the furniture together did so quickly, efficiently and politely. An excellent experience all round.

The delivery arrived as scheduled and the guys were friendly and polite, a pleasure to deal with them. Unfortunately the build could not be completed because the patio where it was to be fitted was not level but the frame was put together and advice given on what groundwork was needed, before they can return to finish the job.

The two lads who delivered and erected our pergola were excellent, neat, tidy, polite and very efficient.
The pergola is very good and we're pleased with it.
