I used the shampoo and conditioner, which came in last night today.
I have to say, the first wash with the shampoo, it didn’t lather as much as I would’ve liked, which was probably because my hair still had the old products in it. The second time I shampooed, it was amazing! Lathered so much, smells amazing and got rid of all my dead hair. My hair fell out a lot when I brushed it, but I know it’s because I had been holding onto so much dead hair I wasn’t aware of.

i love the oil, i purchased 2 month ago and love using it on a daily basis. My hair is quite dry due to constant dyeing, i will keep using it as long as i have it and will definitely purchase it again.
as well i fell like one bottle (50ml) goes a long way and leaves a manageable texture and pleasant smell.

Honestly one of the worst oils I have used. The smell is terrible and, using it for almost a year, my thick hair has started to thin. I now use a cheaper oil from Superdrug and it’s getting my hair back to the same condition. I use to really look up to her but over the past year she’s been incredibly bitter. As a grown woman, I would have thought she would have been nicer too

Love the hair oil, but not the scalp scrub. I found the scrub was blocked at the nozzle and after numerous tries and hard squeezes, it finally erupted out and jet out all over. However after that, the scrub has been coming out fine. Maybe the team need to advice on what to do so that doesn't happen to customers again and doesn't need to wastage of product on the ceilings and clothes. :(

Recently, I made a purchase of byErim shampoo and hair conditioner with high expectations, given my positive experience with her hair oil. However, I was left disappointed by the shampoo and conditioner. While washing my hair, I could immediately sense that the texture wasn't up to par with other luxury brand products. The shampoo and conditioner left my hair feeling streaky and tangled, even after conditioning. Upon drying my hair, I was shocked to discover it felt excessively dry, rough, and straw-like, leading to noticeable breakage at the ends. This was unexpected, as I take great care of my otherwise healthy hair with regular haircuts. Surprisingly, the shampoo and conditioner seemed to have caused damage. In an attempt to address this, I reached out to Erim on Instagram, who directed me to her customer service. Its been months and I've not had a response or an acknowledgement email. Which is very disappointing. Although I'm not a fan of the shampoo or conditioner i do love her hair oil and will write a seperate review for that.

Won't be ordering this again, I noticed my hair fall got worse but continued to finish the bottle and it just continued to get worse.

I used the oil and my hair kept falling out, plus the bottle stained my table. £40 later I'm left with less hair and a black stained table which I can't clean off entirely. The bottle lasted me over a year so I gave it 2 stars instead of 1, so decent value for money but I won't be buying another.

After undergoing two open heart surgeries and taking 30+ medications a day, I was devastated to learn that the majority of the side effects were hair loss. I made every effort to stop the thinning or at least control it. Nothing seemed to work until I came across ByErim hair oil. been using it since 2020 and it did take about a month for me to noticed a huge difference but WOW am I ever grateful for this product n what it did for me.

I had the best experience using the ByErim range! I started using the hair oil about 3 years ago which gave me thick, healthy hair with great growth as well as a soft beard! When I found out the scalp scrub, shampoo and conditioner I had to buy some and it was so worth it I also had a chance to meet the owner, Erim! She's just as amazing as you'd imagine kind, caring and honest, everything you'd want in the person designing your haircare range!

I love Erim’s products and have been using the hair oil for a while therefore thought to try out the rest of the range. However as there was a issue with the courier which resulted to a item being damaged after a few emails back and forth the customer service team have helped out by sending a replacement out. Worst customer service, met this erim in person and the way she spoke to my friend asking if she wanted to buy the products like four times without even explaining about them or letting her try them on.. like she was desperate for a sale.. this women needs to work on her attitude and customer service skills! Never would i ever buy from her, total put off!
