Nov 5 when I first ordered the Hair Oil and Conditioner and in more than a month it has helped improved the hair dullness, dryness and frizz I have been struggling with. Dec 12, added the shampoo and scalp scrub into the routine and I can't thank you enough for blessing my hair. One of the best decisions of 2023. 🎉 Kudos to the byErim team for creating a legitimate formula that your hair would really appreciate! Happy Holidays 😁

I purchased the hair oil, scalp scrub, shampoo and conditioner.
The shampoo and conditioner leaves residue. I have shoulder length hair and need around 6-7pumps of the shampoo for it to lather up unlike what it says on the packaging. Really disappointed with the scalp scrub! The product does not even come out of the tube no matter how hard I squeeze it so I have not been able to use it. I have reported the faulty product to customer services and requested for a refund however I am still waiting for a response/refund.
Would not recommend at all, waste of money.

I have tried so many different hair oils but this one by far makes my hair feel like it will grow😭I hope it does work overtime, the amount of oils and rosemary in it I do hope it truly work🫶🏼🫶🏼

I just received my byerim hair oil and omg ! I used it as a treatment last night and washed my hair after 3 hours and wow just in one use my hair was sooo smooth and smelt amazing ! I also used it as after I blow dried my hair. Usually after blowdrying my hair would get frizzy the next day as I have alot of texture but this time my hair was sooo fresh and smooth as if I had a blow dry in the morning! Absolutely love it😍

Purchases during the sale been following the progress of Erim for a long time and thought I’d make a purchase wasn’t to keen on using oil but a lot of dandruff in my kesh and my dad constantly moaning made me use oil the traumas from using coconut oil in school still haunt me 🫤

Really impressed with the oil and shampoo meaning I ended up also ordering the scrub and the conditioner. Erim and the team were very helpful as well.

I just used the ByErim scalp scrub, shampoo & conditioner which felt super nice and relaxing. You can really feel the magic working as you use these incredible products. On top of that, the hair wrap is a GAME CHANGER. It collects all your hair nicely and is super easy to use. And, of course, the oil is the best.

I have used the By Erim oil, and I could not be happier with the results. I would recommend to to anyone for use.

I purchased the ByErim shampoo and conditioner back in September, unfortunately I am very disappointed. The products leave residue in your hair and it's not a great experience shampooing the hair as all the hair seems to clump together. The products are very drying on the hair too. I've wanted to try the ByErim oil for so long now and when I ran out of my usual shampoo looking for something new to try I gave this a go, but this has given me great hesitation in purchasing the oil. Considering how many "awards" this product has won the result/experience was a great disappointment. Considering these items are such a high price point I was expecting better results.

I have purchased your hair oil a few times now and it’s been absolutely amazing even hubby loves it for his beard - ‘that oil you use is really good but we’re running out we need a new bottle’ 🫶🏼 haha

I love this oil, I really do. I use it for my ends only and I can definitely see a massive difference in how soft my hair has become.

the only downside was that the bottle had leaked in transit, not a lot and could have been worse so I think the packaging could have been better secured. The other thing is after only 2 months of using the pump has broken which makes it now difficult to use.

No problem at all with the product, I just think the bottle and packaging could be better!

I think I have just ordered my 6th Bottle. The shampoo and conditioner is honestly amazing and kind to hair with no nasties.

Had to pay duties on top of shipping costs.

I started my haircare journey with ByErim in March, and I do come from a family with great hair genes, however ByErim oil has helped my hair to stay long and healthy and it adds a shine to my hair, helping me to maintain my long hair ✨✨✨✨
