I returned the coat I purchased as it was too small to the Chinese address on their website which I was told to send it to. I have been emailing them several times about my refund and they keep telling me it hasn't arrived which I can see from the tracking. The tracking kept telling me it was in customs in China. The coat cost £80 and then I had to pay £35 postage to return the coat. The coat was returned to my home address 7 months later and ByCastello are refusing to refund me so I have lost the price of the coat plus the postage. Do not use this company as they are terrible and there clothing is terrible.

Beställde en rosa skjorta som inte motsvarade beskrivningen. Riktigt dålig kvalitet. När vi ville returnera tog det lång tid innan jag tillslut fick en adress att returnera till. Jag betalde dyr frakt till Kina och har nu betalat för både skjorta och frakt utan ersättning.

Handla INTE härifrån!! Jag har inte fått mina varor, de svarar inte på mina mail och deras länkar för trackning fungerar inte.

If it was a chance to give -5 stars I would. In June 2025 I bought a military style jacket. It was poorly made, wrong size. After I contacted company I sent it back in the beginning of July. Until today (13.12.2025) I didn’t get any refund despite regularly received e-mails that it is in process. Scammers. It should be prosecuted as theft.

Absolutely awful. Do not buy from here. I have tried to return my item, paid the postage for the return and they have refused a refund for over 2 months. The argument is now with the bank. Do not buy from them. You will not be pleased with the product and you will not get your money back.

Ordered a jacket and shirt. Took weeks to arrive. Threw them both straight in the bin. Couldn't be bothered with returning as it must be a scam site with the quality being so bad. Only just realised that I hadn't put a review up to warn future potential buyers

Detta är riktig dåligt. På ByCastello strävar vi efter att förkroposliga den sanna innebörden av klass i varje detalj. Jackan tog väldigt lång tid för dem att leverera vilket inte är så konstigt då detta är ett dropship företag som försöker framställa sig som klassiskt och elegant. Tyget var billigt och sömmarna dåliga. Passformen på jackan är jätte konstig. Du kan hitta bättre på temu.

Silly me didn’t even check the reviews before buying such poorest of the poor quality hoodie from this shady ahh company. give me 0 delivery updates and didn’t email until 2 weeks after the order was placed, provided me with some updates but wasn’t even accurate. hoodie came and was NOTHINGGGGGG like the pic on the website. it was a different colour, had wrong sizing and the writing on the material was peeling off. the quality was literally worse than shein (somehow???!!) emailed to get a refund but didn’t get a single reply until another 2 weeks later, and came with some sob story how they recommend i get a 10% REFUND!!!!! instead of my full money back, as they wanted me to avoid shipping costs of shipping back to China (RUBBISH) i was going to agree to ship it back but knew it would take another 2 weeks and then another 2 weeks for a single shipping update and company reply. so the refund eventually happened after i emailed another 5 times!!! and the refund was much less than 10% . genuinely the worst company ever, the reviews are are so so so accurate DONT EVERY IN YOUR LIFE BUY A SINGLE ITEM FROM THIS DODGEY COMPANY, DONT KNOW HOW THEY ARE STILL IS BUSINESS LOLLLLLLLLL

Bycastello igen. 1 stjärna är absolut för mycket. 0,1 vore rätt beskrivning av företaget. Kortfattat: man beställer märkeskläder och man får paket efter 5 eller 6 veckor. Man öppnar försändelse och konstaterar att det är inte märkeskläder alls eftersom det finns inget märke, kvalitet av 65 % polyester made in China är utan tvekan förolämpande, storlek passar inte är inte heller något problem. Du kan skicka kläder till Kina på egen bekostnad eller få 5 % rabatt. Den absolut sämsta firman på nätet heter Bycastello. Jag polisanmälde bedrägeriet. Bye Castello

Ignore any response from byCastello, they are Ai generated and make them sound like they care, they don't act on what they say at all!!! _ contact your bank for a refund if you have returned an item and have not been refunded. They can issue a "Charge back" /Card payment dispute. The retailer have 60 days to challenge the dispute.

Do not buy from this company. They are based in China. Items are cheap and shoddy. If you want to return anything they make it virtually impossible. After 3 months and many emails, I was only able to get a refund after raising a dispute via my credit card company.

Eg handla genser til barnebarn sist jul. Varen såg fin og flott ut på bildet. Eg hadde fått ynskje hans og verken han eller meg sjekka bedrifta, desverre.
Hadde fleire mailer til Bycastello då genseren ikkje kom. Dei lova at alt var ok( etter at eg hadde lest anmeldelser her inne). Genseren kom på nyåret. Ikkje den eg bestilte. Dårligsre kvalitet, vaskelapp klippt vekk, likeså lapp som viste merke, størrelse.
Hald deg unna denne bedrifta. Burde ha anmeldt dei.

Unfortunately can't rate it 0 stars but definitely would. The company is either a scam or terrible at delivery what it should. Judging by the reviews it seems there is some truth to that.

They are using some API to pretend they are Norwegian or Scandinavian but actually the products are all coming from Shenzhen in China. Likely dirt cheap quality from Donguan or Baoan and would advise anyone to steer as far clear as possible from here.

Säger samma som övriga, ett blufföretag. Min dotter beställde härifrån och när den väl kom efter flera veckor så var det en helt annan färg på plagget än vi beställt. Ville vi returnera får vi stå för frakten själva, vilket gick på en hel del då adressen var i Kina.

The name suggested to me an Italian brand and not something that came from China.
Ordered a cardigan on 31st October for my holiday on the 15th September. Was supposed to arrive 12th September, but didn't arrive until 16th, when I had already left the country.
On my return I opened the package to find, not only was it nothing like the product in the picture, but it didn't fit me either. Normally I order small, but went a size bigger to a medium as advised, but couldn't even get it on.
I emailed and said I wanted to return the product, and they said I would have to pay the postage. I argued that they had delivered the product late and it was not as the pictures. All they offered me was a 10% refund and to keep the product.
I decided to return the product and get the full refund. They wanted me to take photos of the product and packaging before agreeing to this. I then went to the post office on the 13th October and had to pay a £20 postage for an item that cost £39.99.
I tracked the parcel and it arrived with them on the 21st October (quicker than they had delivered it to me).
It took them until 27th November to refund me, after many email too and fro.

I am 82 years of age and have been scammed by this company. I returned an item of clothing within one day at my own expense several months ago. The item was nothing like as advertised, poor quality and almost a child’s size. Despite numerous assurances they have
Failed to return my money. Please be warned not to deal with them I get the impression they are simply laughing at customers complaints. Karma comes to thieves and I will wait in anticipation to hear when it comes to Castello

I contacted my bank and they credited back the amount spent, everyone else should do the same too. Lost on the postage but at least these robbers don’t have my money
