Consegna con tempi lunghissimi..arrivato prodotto scadente e una XL che sembrava una M..pagato 90 euro!!!niente reso se non con spedizione a mio carico!!siccome sono molto generosi mi danno il 15% sul prossimo articolo..ah già!!molto gentilmente mi hanno detto che posso tenermi il reso..grazie davvero 🤣🤣🤣

I ordered a dark Grey jacket for my husband. When it finally arrived, it was more of a blue/lavender color and looked nothing like the website image. I immediately reached out to customer service to return the item and as of today, February 23, I'm still going back and forth with this company and still feel no closer to getting my money back. They wanted photos, I sent photos, and they responded with the item sent is the correct one. They continually offer store credit as a solution. I think I'm up to 45%. Um, no thank you. The latest communication had They letting me know for the 2nd time that I am responsible for returning the item, and responsible if it gets lost or damaged during transit. Um, to me that says don't expect your money back. Not to mention returning the item will cost roughly $50. Costly lesson for me. I will be checking reviews for any and every company going forward

La ropa no tiene nada que ver con las fotos y luego querer hacer la devolución es deporte olímpico.A PARTE DE QUE TE COBRAN POR LAS DEVOLUCIONES OJO!!!no te quieren dar los pasos a seguir ni la dirección ni nada para que no lo devuelvas. Llevo escribiendoles una semana para que me tramiten la devolución del pedido y cuando contestan es para darme largas y excusas y aún no he conseguido saber cómo devolverlo. Ojalá me hubiese leído las opiniones antes de comprar porque me han estafado 68 €

Una pesadilla. Llegó el pedido como a las 3 semanas sin ningún mensaje para avisar. Yo ya pensaba que me habían timado. Y llegar llegó. No se parece ni por asomo a la calidad de la foto de la web. Las tallas son muy pequeñas con lo que intenté devolverlo. Yo creo que contesta una operadora. Me han llegado a ofrecer hasta el 35% en su web en crédito pero no me dan opción a la devolución, de la cual me dicen que yo tendría que correr con los gastos. Me temo además que, cuando consiga enviarlo de vuelta (si es que no me dicen que ya han pasado los 30 días y que ya no puedo devolverlo), nunca me llegará el dinero. Procederé a denunciarlos. TIMO TOTAL.

Es un fraude, no te cambian la talla ni te devuelven el producto; no compréis aquí porque no existen, parece que es ropa de calidad y que son serios, pero no, es todo una pantalla, no hay manera de cambiar o devolver el producto; la única solución es denunciarlos

Ni se te ocurra tratar con ellos. No responden a sus errores. Productos erróneos.

si quieres devolver el artículo, te ponen mil pegas y no te devuelven el dinero, te lo dan como crédito para que compres otra vez, he recibido 13 correos para que desista de mi devolución, además de correr con los gastos de devolución a tahilandia.

Even though their website states that they accept returns, I have sent numerous emails asking to return this item and so far have received the same computer generated reply offering a discount on my next purchase.
I wish I had done my homework on this company before I ordered.
Would warn others to stay away!!

I waited 14 days for delivery, I didn't know the cloth is from China. The size of the jacket is Chinese XL and it is too small for me. The "winter jacket" is quite thin and very overpriced. Never again.

Do not shop at this store. Google needs to stop promoting scammers. They will send you clothes that look and feel like rubbish and will not let you return the items and will not give you a refund. In 2026 it is crazy that we cannot trust google to do back ground checks on the companies it prompts us to buy from. I hope people actually see this review before buying, I wish I checked. Boycott this place they will steal your money and you will be stuck.

This is a conjob the quality of the item is substandard no money back 15% off next purchase if i want to keep the item as it is costly to return, avoid this company at all costs

Got a bad quality suit and no response at all to refund

Their “refund policy” is very dishonest. I bought a pair of shoes that do not fit, and had to ask them multiple times for the return address only to find out that it is not the Netherlands address on their website but a different one in Hong Kong, which makes the shipping cost prohibitive for a pair of shoes.

NON COMPRATE NULLA! Ho acquistato un giubbotto pagando 130 euro. Non solo non è arrivato ma ricevo una email in cui sostengono che il pacco è stato consegnato (dalla Cina) indicando il codice di tracciabiità di poste italiane (così come da me richiesto al momento dell'acquisto) mi sono recato in all'ufficio postale dove mi hanno detto che quel codice non corrisponde alle poste italiane. Ho provato a telefonare alla sede olandese (nessuna risposta) ho scritto all'email indicata sul sito (nessuna risposta) ho scritto sulla loro piattaforma (nessuna risposta). Come la definireste se non una truffa?

¡Leed las opiniones antes de comprar! Esta página es un timo. El envío ha tardado semanas, pero lo peor es que la ropa no tiene nada que ver con lo que aparece en la web. La calidad es pésima, imposible llevar esa ropa. He pedido la devolución pero me temo que no lo harán.

Il capo dopo 20 giorni arrivato uno straccetto senza neppure etichetta comune dietro il collo pagato 80 euro! Dopo svariate mail se voglio fare il reso devo farlo a spese mie xkè molto costoso! Buttato via 80 euro x uno straccetto. NON ACQUISTERÒ MAI PIÙ NIENTE QUI. GRANDE TRUFFA! ROBA SCADENTE CINESE CHE NON PUOI RUFIUTARE.

Terrible experience.
It's been 10 days since I placed my order and nothing has arrived yet.

This so called company needs to be investigated for false advertising, zero trading standards and non existant customer service. One of their email addresses does not exist, the others are obviously not monitored because they do not reply despite stating that they will within 24 hours. Bought an item for Xmas which arrived after 3 weeks, nothing like what was advertised , size XL turned out to be XS disgraceful quality and unwearable. Numerous emails sent, no replies. 30 day returns long expired and no refund forthcoming. This " company " should be prosecuted

Bought a jacket online ,it looked nothing like the website picture,was poorly made and of poor quality materials even the colour was wrong.
Repeatedly emailed ByAssuli but yep No Reply,i even tried calling ,call failed over and over again. €120 loss
If anyone is thinking of buying from them, do yourself a favour and ring the number in their shop contact first ...its a dud
