Very slow delivery
I placed an order Dec 11, and now, Dec 19, eight days later, USPS has not yet even received the package. I wanted this item for Christmas, ordered two weeks before Christmas, and it looks like it's not going to arrive in time. :(

We are so sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with the wait for your order. Our US shipping is always varied in processing time (usually between 5-7 working days) and we always aim to get our international orders fulfilled as soon as possible!
We do offer tracking updates via email to our clients who do not have up-to-date tracking from USPS, for example your order is in U.S already and will only be with USPS for the final stage of delivery which we hope to be soon!

Delivered (from Uk to USA) ahead of schedule
Item was delivered (from Uk to USA), which was a relief since it was for Christmas! It was a gift and so has not yet been opened, but so far the service quality has been excellent.

I .happy with my necklace and the customer service was very helpful and efficient. The reason why I am giving 3 stars it is because on the checkout it doesn't say you have to pay any extra taxes and then I received an email from UPS asking for 30.55 Euros for taxes.
That should be warned at checkout, because a necklace that initially cost around 150 euros end up being over 180. If I knew maybe I wouldn't have bought it.

so i loved this bracelet but literally…

Beautiful but doesn’t last
Unfortunately I did not have a great experience with the jewellery from here. My husband bought me a necklace for my birthday in September last year, by December some of the pearls had fallen off the chain and there were loose wires poking out from the necklace making it irritating to wear. The gold pendant and plating on the clasp/hardware was also severely worn back to the unplated metal. It’s beautiful jewellery but for the price point it’s not hardwearing at all, I expected more than 3 months of use! Also got nowhere when I contacted the live chat to explain these issues and seek resolution.

Purchasing overseas from company I knew little about
Ordered 2 pieces of jewellery on Sat 2 August which I knew from website wouldn’t be dispatched until Mon 4th August. Was sent tracking information by email on 4th and was able to track throughout the process from London to Hong Kong. Sent by standard International post (free in this case as over the threshold for free shipping). Arrived safely on Weds 13th Aug so 7 working days and well within the time frame on the website of 7-14 days. Packaged in a plastic bag on outside, then a padded envelope and then a box inside that so very secure and protected. Whole process from purchase to delivery was very smooth and both pieces of jewellery stunning and just as described on website. One very happy customer!
