There was no explanation why there were TWO ORDERS when I ordered only ONE.
And then you didn’t hesitate to take payment for TWO orders from my credit card! The customer service that I spoke with, Ryan and Ariane, were both kind and understanding. They didn’t create the issue. I’ll do my best to return both items promptly per your instructions. I’ll expect total refund of $93.94 ($46.97 twice) ASAP. I’m truly sorry the brace didn’t work for me.

I bought a resound tv streamer. Received fast. They confirmed that it is compatible with the hearing aids we had. Tried for the whole afternoon to linkti to the hearings aids. It would link but, using many different configurations between the TV and the streamer, all I got was whistling. I emailed them and attached a resume of all my efforts. They concluded that it might be defective and agreed to a return. Very much appreciated.

So far I don't want to hold it against them that the left ear piece stopped working after just 3 months. It happens to the best.
What is outstanding is how their support responded. After I contacted them online on a Sunday, I had a response within one hour (!) with some tips to try out. After these failed, they offered right away to send a replacement. The responsiveness and support is fantastic!

Smooth throughout. Many additional offers. Ease in declining same said offers. Great price. How do you recharge them? I saw no charger offered.

The company is Omnihear. My purchase was last December. I only found the original email today and contacted them about a refund as regretfully the hearing aids made a irritating noise in my husband's ears.
They contacted me within the hour, quoting the original p.o. number etc. They had given me a full credit without me having to return anything. Great Customer 'Service!

This is my second order of the same hearing aid. It is so far ahead of my previous brand and type. So far I have spent over $10,000 on Two hearing aid brands - what a waste of money. I'll recommend Omnihear to anyone! Any negatives? Yes. I lost the instructions and I want to buy smaller Buds/domes. There are no instruction how to order spares or replacements. May 13, 2026

Omnihear kept in contact with me constantly as it was organising my return. They were very professional.

We exchanged a number of emails, starting with the unfortunate experience with my physical anomalies that made it impossible for me to wear the hearing aids.
It seemed that my request was then passed through many hands and I felt that my case was lost.
However, the following morning I tried calling the support number. The agent who answered was sympathetic but after reviewing my case, she declined to disclose a return address that I could use. Instead, she offered me a refund which I felt was more than generous. I accepted her offer and am awaiting the result.
