Great service and got what I asked for.
Service was excellent from the simple ordering on line to the delivery today. Confirmed order than e mailed delivery date with morning/afternoon times. Driver called 35mins before arriving. He was great.

Placed order on 31 03 24 from this date I was given 5 delivery dates however no one turned up with no explanation.Every time I try to to get explanation Ryan M pretends he cannot understand what I am trying to ask and refuses provide delivery company name with reference number only sends short mail saying will be delivered tomorrow
I have had to involve my bank to get my refund
Please provide me delivery company name with tracking number for the last 3 deliveries dates you gave me all your mails are kept us the evidence
I never been told about delays in production by phone or mail 3 delivery dates no one turned up you wasted my time staying home and so if production was in delay why you provide delivery dates
It’s your responsibility to inform customer if delivery is not taken place and if is there delay in production you failed to do that you wasted my 3 days of waiting
Just little update claim was successful Ryan M came up with a lot lies with no proof shame on you
8 weeks waiting 5 delivery dates is that normal in your company?

With all due respect this is nonsense. As you are fully aware we used a haulage company to deliver your order the first time, as explained via email with photographs they managed to break the glass on the vehicle. We have remade the order for you, there was a delay on the order in production which I have told you. I have never pretended to not understand you what so ever? As discussed yesterday the glass was on the vehicle and on its way to you yesterday afternoon. At this point you told me you didn't believe me and not to deliver, you also stated you would put a claim in with your bank and if the delivery did arrive you would turn it away. I asked you several times if you wanted the delivery driver to proceed to you but you said no. So I cancelled the delivery. You then emailed back later stating please deliver before 6pm, this was then too late as the driver had gone elsewhere. Had you have not told me yesterday to not deliver you would now have your glass. I will be disputing the claim that you have kindly put in with the bank. In addition to your edited review I do not have tracking details for deliveries that didnt take place? As explained there was a delay on production. All of your emails are kept in evidence. You would have your glass now but you decided to cancel a delivery that was on its way to you for some unknown reason? In response to your latest edit dates are given in good faith, the product is a bespoke fragile manufactured product on occasion delays / rejects in the factory can occur which delay deliveries. As you know you would have had the delivery but you decided to tell me not to bother and you would just turn it away even if it did arrive. Just an addendum as you seem to want to keep amending your review - I never lied and I take great offence to that. You refused to take the delivery when it was on its way to you its as simple as that - none of this needed to happen!!!!

We are very pleased with our glass windows that we purchased from Buy Glass. They look fantastic.Thank you Leon for sorting out the problem with the one broken pane. They were large and understand that sometimes the hauliers might not take as much care as they should. We got there in the end and we really appreciate your hands on effort to sort it all out for us. Very much appreciated.

Door Canopy Glass
I needed a custom piece of glass for a door canopy and the was really pleased with the glass supplied as it was exactly to the drawing that I supplied. Delivery was also excellent as it was delivered to the doorstep and very nicely protected.

I needed fire resistant glass for a new meeting room screen being installed in our community hub. Not only did BuyGlass have great prices; they were very helpful advising us on the setting blocks and ceramic tape we would also need.
