Easy to order

My first order for glass online & didn't know what to expect, I always had a local supplier. The site isn't too bad, but not the best. I also wish they did normal glass that wasn't toughened but I realise they normally supply fitters that would always want toughened. I ordered low iron 12mm, low iron 10mm & 10mm toughened. All came in perfect condition & the free polishing was spot on & flawless. Lead time of 5 to 8 working days was adhered to. No complaints from me.

In response to the reply below, I wasn't trying to suggest I received the wrong glass. As far as I know, I ordered 4 pieces of low iron glass that wasn't supposed to be toughened but the 2 normal 10mm pieces were ordered from the toughened glass page of the website. That made me assume you didn't do non toughened glass. Maybe I just missed an option. Glass is great as far as I'm concerned.

Brilliant service, I made a small typo with a measurement and called to explain. Ryan acknowledged it and emailed to confirm the change immediately.

Ordering process was simple. Cost was competitive and included edge polishing and corner dubbing (some suppliers charge extra for these).
After placing order, communication from BuyGlass was very good, with progress updates throughout the process.
Delivery was spot on time, with a very helpful and polite driver.
Glass quality and dimensions were perfect.
I'd order again from this supplier, without hesitation, if I need any more glass.

I had a wonderful experience with buyglass. I originally got my measurements wrong and messaged support very last minute asking if they would be able to change the order, the support I got from Ryan was professional, understanding and undeniably exceeded what I have received from similar companies in the same field.

Despite the issue being my fault, buyglass were accomodating. The turnaround from order to delivery was quicker than I've experienced before, and their courier of choice for my location was perfect, the only courier I know of that can be trusted to deliver fragile items. The product itself is exactly as described and of the high quality claimed.

I'm a bit unsure about the legitimacy of the negative reviews honestly, I imagine it's mostly people angry and exaggerating reality a tad. Some people will never be happy, and I'd suggest they go back to b&q if they want to deal only with robots.

Great service, quality product and really well packaged. Will definitely use them again if I need to replace any more glass that I break!

Completely unprofessional company. Hard to communicate with from the off . We received our glass within a quick timescale so all seemed good untill it came to measuring these . 2/4 were incorrect , Ryan Manly company director was made aware of these issues and Only accepted we was due a partial refund even thought all dimension were completely wrong compared with plans. His attitude soon became arrogant , and we received random messages at 11.30pm presumable after consuming alcohol . As other reviews have said , buy glass , just not from these cowboys.

Useless,been waiting over a month now for a small piece of glass,1st after 3 weeks they emailed me saying the glass broke during packing then they said after another week that the glass was scratched but was already packed ready to be shipped.
Really not happy with this company,I'm not one to leave bad reviews but this company is taking the micky.

Avoid. Poor product quality & service. Even poorer attitude towards a customer.

I ordered a table top glass 8mm toughenned glass. it was 1065mm to 865mm. instead, they sent me a wrong size item (1065mm to 650mm). It took them a week to send it. I waited for them to send me a wrong size item for 1 week.

I contacted them, sent them the picture showing the wrong size. and I asked them to amend the order with Low Iron toughened glass instead and offered to pay the difference. They first agreed to do it. (6mm instead of 8mm, and then after 4 days, when I asked them to update me about delivery, they told me it is not possible, and they can only replace the existing order.
Overall, if your expectation is to wait until they get it right. then go for it. If not, stay away.
