Buyersrep Arvostelua

As an agent, the BuyersRep report made a real difference to our deadline sale. Normally, you end up with a mix of offers, many with a building report condition.

With BuyersRep’s shared cost model, buyers can access a quality, independent building report at a much lower cost. Most of the buyers chose to get the report and were then comfortable submitting their offers without a building report condition. That made the offers much easier for my vendor to compare and made the whole process a lot simpler.

I’ll definitely be recommending BuyersRep to my future clients.

We’ve really enjoyed working with BuyersRep. As building inspectors, it’s great to be part of a platform that connects buyers with experienced, properly qualified professionals while also making quality building reports more accessible.

The shared-report model is a smart idea, particularly for people buying at auction who may otherwise be paying for multiple inspections. It gives buyers access to good information at a more reasonable cost while still supporting independent, professional inspectors.

The team at BuyersRep have been great to deal with and we’re very happy to be working alongside them.

As a first home buyer the team at BuyersRep made the process incredibly simple and they were transparent throughout the whole process.

It felt as though they had our best interests in mind.
