For me it's all about ease, ease to find a reputable service online, prompt response and genuine interest in what we need. From the start Bashar was open with what we need to sell our house privately. Bashar was fantastic to deal with, with a savvy portal where your job is held, keeping in communication leading up to shoot day. On shoot day it was clear that he was a professional with cameras and the drone and he took the time to get the right shots. A very quick turnaround for the photos under 12hrs in our case and video in 48 hours. We had asked him to come back and take a couple more shots and he didnt hesitate, any changes were made without feeling you were pestering. I particularly like the website that houses all the information on the property and in particular the 2D view and video.
