If you’re looking to buy gold or buy silver or sell gold or silver, platinum, palladium or copper, we are an online retailer and you may also book an appointment to discuss your buy or sell objectives in person. If any precious metals investment advice is provided, we only provide general advice, not taking into account your financial objectives, situation or needs. You should review your situation to decide whether the advice provided is appropriate. There is also inherent risk in all precious metals procurements due to the nature of said markets. We aim to be the friendliest, most professional 24-hour/7-day per week online bullion dealers with the best selection and prices in New Zealand. If you find a better price on the same product in New Zealand, please show us the evidence, and we will try to beat that price. Our headquarters is in Central City Dunedin; also in Invercargill, Christchurch, Nelson, Wellington, Hutt Valley, Napier, Palmerston North, Hamilton, Tauranga and Auckland. Anytime, feel free to get in touch with your questions or simply place an order on this website and we will fill it as soon as possible: usually shipping next day after your payment. Hope to hear from you and God bless you. Scott and the Team at BuyBullion.nz

Hi, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We’re really sorry we missed your emails and phone call. That’s not the level of service we aim to provide, and we understand how frustrating it would have been.
We’re looking into what happened so we can make sure it doesn’t happen again. Please email Maria directly at maria@buybullion.nz and she’ll personally follow this up with you.

The service
The service. The helpful advice of talking me through an on line order and answering the phone on a Saturday evening. This was my first purchase. The firm was simple and the booking was easy. I was running late for my appointment the following week and I was put at ease when I rang . I was told where to find the park and to come in when I arrived. Explaining about the service and all the different types of products also how to go on line to find prices, buy or sell . Very friendly , helpful and knowledgeable. Also receiving my order it was so easy.Thank you.
