If you’re looking to buy gold or buy silver or sell gold or silver, platinum, palladium or copper, we are an online retailer and you may also book an appointment to discuss your buy or sell objectives in person. If any precious metals investment advice is provided, we only provide general advice, not taking into account your financial objectives, situation or needs. You should review your situation to decide whether the advice provided is appropriate. There is also inherent risk in all precious metals procurements due to the nature of said markets. We aim to be the friendliest, most professional 24-hour/7-day per week online bullion dealers with the best selection and prices in New Zealand. If you find a better price on the same product in New Zealand, please show us the evidence, and we will try to beat that price. Our headquarters is in Central City Dunedin; also in Invercargill, Christchurch, Nelson, Wellington, Hutt Valley, Napier, Palmerston North, Hamilton, Tauranga and Auckland. Anytime, feel free to get in touch with your questions or simply place an order on this website and we will fill it as soon as possible: usually shipping next day after your payment. Pies from invercargill get to me quicker than precious metals. And your answer is " once it leaves us we have no control". After a number of emails back and fourth, I decided to place another order and was pleasantly surprised when the manager acknowledged my bad experience and wanted to independently make things right. Shows great character. Thanks again.
