We bought from Cannock branch last…
We bought from Cannock branch last year. I found communication with them poor, when putting offers in they were not getting back to us to say if offer had been declined or accepted, I only found out if I chased. Once our offer was accepted, the advert stayed online, for sale for two months after. The advert was in the window of the shop up until a month before we moved in. We later discovered they had a special agreement with the seller that they would leave it live just incase they had a better offer. Disgraceful behaviour and very immoral. We’ve moved and happy now but I would encourage others to not deal with them.

Due to their arrogant attitude I lost a house I was purchasing, the apology I was given does not change this. All I can say is I do hope they review their company policy in favour of business sense and customers. If I could less than one star I would

Today Adam from the Stafford office…
Today Adam from the Stafford office visited my late mother's house to value it.
It was obvious that he knew the local housing market and he was very professional and had a pleasant manner and gave excellent advice regarding the valuation.
