butters john bee - Estate and Letting Agents Winsford Arvostelua

Claire Herety always goes that extra mile to assist with moving my transactions forward to completion. I would be lost without her. Thank you Claire for always going above and beyond your duty.

Young lad called Fin showed us around a house on Saturday. Very polite nice guy who has followed up with us and given us a few more possibilities to stew over after the house we viewed wasn't quite right for us.

Outstanding! Outstanding! Outstanding!

A friend of mine said “an estate agents is only as good as their sales progression team”. That friend said to me “They are the ones that hold the chain together, do all the hard work and make the sale and purchase actually happen. This is really what you are paying all that money for. Get the best progression team you can”.

My goodness was that friend right. Claire at BJB is the absolute best money can buy and is worth her weight in gold. She was outstanding from day one and made the fee BJB charged worth every single penny.

Our move was not easy or straight forward. There was obstacle after obstacle, complication after complication. It was incredibly stressful. Claire kept our sanity. Her communication skills with everyone in the chain were superb. She ensured information was communicated effectively and she kept everything together. We truly believe if it was not for Claire, we would not be sat in our dream home now. She made the magic happen. We couldn’t have asked for better. Thank you Claire.

If you can avoid renting through BJB, then do so. The worst company I have ever known for ‘customer service’! I reported a faulty shower and it took over 10 telephone calls & 12 months to get fixed. Then I had a problem with the gas hob as two burners had stopped working….11 months later and only after I reported a gas leak did they finally arrange for an electrician to come out and replace it. Most recently, my sink has started leaking and flooded my kitchen and the shower rail no longer keeps the shower head in place….reported 5 months ago and again when they advised my rent was going up, but still nothing! If I could give zero stars I would have. BJB - up your game and either sack the ‘property managers’ that don’t manage properties or train them in customer service and best practice!

Cool. Sara Dickens

Our experience with Butters John Bee from the outset was exceptional, Sophie Roberts was professional in all aspects and a huge credit to her company. She was knowledgeable about the properties and the areas they were situated in.
I would recommend this company without any hesitation.

Thank you Sophie and Butters John Bee for helping us find our next home.

Sophie from bjb has provided the most exceptional service from the day we met to put my house on the market to it being Sold.
She has gone above and beyond and worked so hard to get my house Sold promptly .
Even if I rang the office and they where busy on other calls , she always called back within 5 minutes and always made me aware daily of any updates .

BJB should be proud to have a member of staff like Sophie as part of their team. Excellent service , Highly recommended .

The service you get from everyone at BJB is amazing I had a phone call with Sophie and Sarah to discus a few different properties and was shown round by them both and they make sure to help you in every way they can I can’t recommend anyone more than these amazing people

I was shown a brilliant property. The agent (Sophie) was kind, helpful and very professional.

Sophie, along with the entire team, was absolutely fantastic to work with. They were incredibly warm and welcoming, always making us feel at ease. They were consistently available to provide help and guidance, promptly answering our questions or offering advice throughout our search.

Do not trust

They only work to help people from winsford, if you’re an outsider you’ll seriously regret buying in this town , Everyone is related and they hate outsiders and they make it very clear.
This estate agent profits off making you buy and forcing a sale for less ! Avoid this town avoid this agent

harassing me with spam texts telling me to ring them

It was an honour to meet Sara Dickens, she explained to me the details Of my house valuation, I can't thank her enough. I am very happy

I would give Zero stars if I could.
I have a 10 year old apartment in Wolverhampton that BJB are supposed to deal with the letting of for me.
In November I received notification from BJB that the EPC on my apartment had run out and that I required a new one.
After checking with the British Landlords Association and checking the new government legislation re EPC renewal, it became clear that there was no requirement on my behalf to renew the EPC until my current tenancy ended. I have written to BJB/Haart several times explaining this, however they have ignored my emails and have taken it upon themselves to INSTRUCT A SURVEYOR AND TO ISSUE A NEW EPC O MY APARTMENT AND HAVE TAKEN THE £118 COST OUT OF THE RENT PAYMENT THAT WAS DUE TO ME THIS MONTH,USING MY MONEY WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.
I'm extremely disappointed with their lack of service, you never get to speak to the same person if there is a problem they pass it from one colleague to another, no one will ever take ownership!

Now completed on my first house!!
From the initial enquiry to being handed the keys, Sophie was amazing every step of the way.
People say buying a house can be stressful but Sophie and BJB made it so easy.
Thank you!
