Business Class Guru Arvostelua

Yana is always very helpful, responds quickly, and accommodates every request I make. She saves me many hours of online searches as well as money!

Jeff Stein was very reluctant to cancel our reservation when we had booked it in error and pretended he had to get some clearance when we canceled 5 hours after we made the reservation. The law allows us to cancel within 24 hours. Instead of being courteous he decided to delay and or play games

Dean was very good but I didn’t buy the day of quote and I didn’t think he called me back the next day so by the time I booked 6 days later my business class flight went to list price of $4800- $1100 more than quoted 6 days before. M 4 coach seats went up $200 more in 6 days and then I was charged a $250 booking fee on top.

Yana’s performance was exceptional.

Yana was excellent in every way. We were very pleased with flights

Quick responses. Very pleasant. Happy to explore varied options.

Jeff worked with me on the phone to work out the best options
He was great!

Very helpful and patient with our plans and special needs.

Efficient, helpful, polite and positive, our experience working with Yana was excellent. Oh, and I should say patient, too.

Yana is amazing -- fast, kind, patient and incredibly knowledgable. I am recommending her to all my friends who fly business!

Super prompt to reply. Friendly and knowledgeable. Dont know if price was better because I didn't shop it. I needed 1st class tickets urgently and tried to get myself and couldn't find one. They got tickets right away. Good follow thru. Would use again

Mike was highly efficent in handling our travel plans. Highly reccomend him.

I think we got about as good a deal as we could get and Mike was very helpful

Good communication and personalized service

Our Business Class Guru Mike provided excellent service. We now have two Business Class route trip tickets to Australia for a song. Mike helped me through the process of accessing frequent flier miles and credit card points, creatively figuring out how to squeeze out every point to minimize the cost of the tickets- and so patiently! I will always return to Business Class Guru for Business Class tickets.

Leslie Yu was professional and helpful and made the process easy.

Jeff made a challenging request a success.

loved the quick response the the options given

This is the first time I used your services. I would have liked it better if our rep had offered different time options for our return flight.

Very responsive and quickly. Answered my questions and came up with alternative quotations.
