Business Class Guru Arvostelua

Blake got back to me quickly. Detailed my options and explained all the "little things" about the travel I was going to take. He was prompt and very professional , but also friendly and easy to communicate with...

Mike Flores was very helpful and professional with the patience of Job.

I had to state what I wanted several times, and it never seemed like I was understood. Mike booked an outgoing ticket using my United points and credit card, but it didn't go all the way to my destination. A return ticket was attempted with a different credit card and even tho my card said pending. I never got booking record for that flight. I locked both my cards at that point and there was another attempt made on my card. Don't use the service. They're hustling hard. I wish I had booked nothing with them as I've now had to piece meal my whole trip.

Carina was more thsn helpful.

Yana was very helpful in recommending flights - especially with short layover times on some options. She is very knowledgeable about different airports and airlines. Great to have someone like her on our team.

Yana listen carefully to my needs, try to improve upon my itinerary, and was helpful in accomplishing the purchase of my business class tickets using the routing I needed. Thank you, Yana.

Good explanations, modest price reductions, full service through seats. And clear communications kon internet.

Leslie Yu is very prompt and communicative. I trust that he is finding the best deals for us.

quick response, great pricing

Dean was diligent, pleasant and very prompt.

Price turned out to be higher than what I could have gotten via Expedia or direct from airline. I should have done more research ahead of time

Jeff was helpful, clear and efficient and got us the best deal possible to London during a high pricing season. Will use him again for sure.

Blake was very helpful, and responded quickly.

Jana was very helpful and knowledgeable She was also very understanding when we needed to make adjustments and alter our original itinerary before we booked. She also helped us update information so that we received all frequent flyer credits we were entitled to. We would be happy to work with her again.

Mike was pretty easy to work with. We did have a little bit of mis-communication, but some of that probably is due to my computer illiteracy :)

The reason I did not give 5 stars is that, at checkout, you are asked if you want to "tip" your advisor. I don't have an issue with that, but if I had known that upfront I would have felt more comfortable really taking my time with the agent.

Yana was very friendly and helpful in providing all our needs for our ticket adjusting getting our wheelchairs everything thank you Yana

The experience was professional and economically a value they really accommodated our travel schedule

Prompt responses and just got on with it.

Shannon is very detailed. Always positive and works hard to find what we need. I will continue to send her business and even sent a friend who needs flights to use her because she can provide all the best options to consider.

Shannon was great to deal with. Great response and communications. We discussed exactly what I wanted and she did the rest. She provided me with options and answered all of my questions promptly. I will definitely use Shannon in the future for travel needs!
