Hi ok so i bought an item which was great value for money and good quality. I was happy when i received the item which was within a week. The item would have been next day delivery but the item went out of stock. The company responded to my email when my next day delivery did not arrive. The company immediately refunded my postage cost in full and apologised for the delay which seemed to be genuine and out of their control as they should have had the re supply shipment which had been delayed. I will be buying from them again and happy with the friendly down to earth comms from them. So yeah happy days 😆

Good service but I had to call company to find out their returns process as nothing in parcel. Reason given was company was being eco friendly- less paper. That's fine but in that case put it in your confirmation of order email which would save your customers from having to call you
