The gate now that’s it’s built is amazing, although I’m having issues getting duplicate/additional keys, took 2 men to build it/put it up the entire buying process has been seamless (just a shame about the keys may need to replace the lock)

Good quality products

I ordered a new gate and posts back in April. I don't recall any issues and the gate was installed relatively easily. If I remember there weren't any instructions included but I found something online. It was not that detailed as I suspect these are intended to be installed by a professional, but it was enough for me to figure it out.
I do recall that I didn't hear anything about the delivery prior to it being delivered so I guess that could improved - better tracking and customer order updates. Otherwise I'm happy with this purchase.

Great team service

I had to call a few times to get the numbers right and the staff were very knowledgeable and helped me get exactly what I needed.
I also had a few issues with understock which was also very fast to be dealt with.
Thank you team.
