Great service from Conrad this morning. Arrived at our dental practice on time and he kept me updated and made sure to leave time to run through how the new system worked.

I chose Domestic Air as they're local and had good reviews. Sure enough, throughout the process, they were polite, professional and helpful. The install itself was straightforward, they cleaned up and basically I just needed to add the units to the app and away I went! I had 3 indoor units and 1 outdoor unit with the pipework neatly hidden away using trunking which they asked to ensure it colour matched my guttering (to make it look better).
Really pleased with the Daikin, quiet and seems efficient too but need to test through a hot summer first to do a full analysis.

Josh attended and is an excellent HVAC service engineer - professional, punctual and very knowledgeable. He clearly explained the process and walked me through best practices and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. Domestic Air had previously installed a 3 indoor unit Panasonic split system around 3 years ago. Today we had them back to install another Panasonic split system into our back garden studio.

As before, the guys were great, cleaned up after themselves. From start to finish, there was no fuss, was even offered examples of other work to see the designs of other units in similar spaces.

We have Domestic Air back every year for servicing. Every experience is always positive, helpful and straightforward. This latest install was a true example of the excellence of Domestic Air.
