So far, all has seemed to be going well. I only opened my account a few days ago, and found that all very straightforward. Since then, I have accepted my free silver gift, thank you very much for that :) it was also very straightforward. Then, I was able to sell it, again, that was pretty easy to do. Then I deposited some currency, again, another easy to follow process. Then I validated myself by uploading the requested documents. I have not yet had word back on that, but, I didn't expect to, they are obviously extremely busy with lots of new accounts at the moment so I didn't expect a quick turnaround on that, I expect it could take a couple of weeks or so for that all to come back ok. I am sure it will go through without any issues.. I set up my account details, and my subscriptions etc... no problems there. I have read through many of their FAQ's and advice sheets and watched their youtube videos etc. to familiarise myself with the workings of it all. I used my currency to purchase my first gold, it was just a small sum to start with, just to get a feel for how it works, but I felt quite chuffed with myself for taking that first leap of faith. It was quite the achievement. Today I added some more currency. The newsletters and online advice sheets advise that it is best to have a particular minimum amount to make the costs worthwhile, so I upped my currency today, but I am going to hold my horses for now to wait and see if there is a little slump in the purchase prices. I just want to watch and wait and take the plunge when I feel the time is right for me. It will just be another accomplishment for me, watching and waiting and deciding the best time. Perhaps it will stand me in good stead for when the time comes that I have even more to currency to play with. Plus, it is exciting, being a part of the watching and waiting and getting the timing right...

So, all in all, for starters, everything seems to be going well. I am sure my validation will go without a hitch in due course and I look forward to a long and rewarding relationship with my bullionVault account 😊

Initially was difficult to navigate the app. Once I understood how it operates it is easy to buy and sell . I wish I had known about this site before buying physical gold bullion. Intend to built my portfolio quickly. A must for novice investors with great returns. Recommend anyone to invest for better returns then cash in the deposit accounts. Made 4.85% return on my funds in a month.

There is good hand holding and everything you need to know and understand is available!
The small deposit is obviously a tease to draw you in but its something for nothing and a small investment will secure it as well as adding to your war chest... so if you have a lot or small amount you want to preserve your wealth from being eaten by inflation it basically just a safe holding mechanism is not a money making scheme. Remember coins are capital gains free over bullion but that is cheaper in the long run over-coins in bulk only. Just the facts mamm.

Simple and straightforward site to register and use. Clear communication. Reasonable process and speed for document verification. Fees clear and reasonable.

Took £250 quick as a flash. Now I want to withdraw funds & close account & everything has gone quiet. No comms. No support. Very poor.

Not hard to understand but need a quick response

The company advertises that they store the gold and silver on your behalf, assuring the customer it is safe... but they conveniently forget to inform that they charge for the service. It is £8 per month for silver of any quantity! That is ridiculous as they already profit from the commissions. Closing down my account.

It was good subscribing with BullionVault and I hope more will subscribe as I was a bit hesitant when my son told me to consider investment in Gold and silver. I am delighted I took my son advice. I am confident the service will get better and better. Best Wishes

Opening my account and transfer of funds was simple, after you have informed your own bank in advance. Banks will block large transfers of money for security checking for possible scams.
Trading , buying silver, for me on the board was simple and the comprehensive information on purchases in my account was excellent.
I no longer buy silver from UK bullion dealers because of additional cost of VAT in particular. BullionVault provides a safe, secure system for purchase of bullion and for storage with the ability to sell in the future.

I am new to Bullion Vault, and this was my first investment in silver with the. I am pleased to confirm that the bid process was straightforward and transparent, and BV fulfilled my bid as per my order. I shall certainly invest more and recommend their service and fast response.

Brilliant, easy to deal with.

I thought I was joining bullionbypost not Bullionvault, I'm 73 and have poor eyesight. Once I realised my error I contacted Bullionvault. I got a reply next day saying someone would call me shortly, no one did. I tried online chat, no one available. I called their number, no reply. I tried to withdraw my £100 upload they demanded, unable to do it without validation, they took it without validation. Also they say any funds left in a closed account will be given to a random charity, I'd like to see the backpath to that, and maybe the Financial services authority should take a closer look at that. And also the charity commission. I would not recommend this company at all.

I've been using BV for several years - simple no-frills website, but it does the job. BV seems to be a lean business doing a simple thing well.
