We’re sorry to hear you decided not to place an order. However, as no purchase was made, this review does not reflect an actual buying experience with us.
We have been completely transparent on our website regarding current dispatch times, which are clearly stated before checkout. Due to this, all orders also receive a 5% discount as an appreciation for our customers’ patience.
We understand longer wait times may not suit everyone, but we always aim to communicate this openly so customers can make an informed decision before ordering.
May I ask the customers here posting…
May I ask the customers here posting reviews of exactly which items they are receiving as the company I stating online there are no deliveries until August ? I’m trying to order but very confused on the delivery and reviews on here ??

Hi,
We noticed we haven’t had any direct contact from you, so we were surprised to see the 1-star review. This doesn’t seem like a genuine experience, and it’s really disappointing.
As mentioned in the updates on our site, we’re currently going through some exciting changes, including new systems, a new website, and upgrades to our vaults. Because of this, all deliveries are scheduled to be dispatched on 31st August. For the slight delay, we’re also offering 5% off all orders.
This message is super clear all over the website.
We can see that no purchases have been made from your account, so the review was surprising to read. If there’s something we can help with or if you’ve had an issue with our service, please let us know, we’d really appreciate the chance to resolve it.

Hi,
We’re really sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, we don’t have any control over how Royal Mail handles deliveries once parcels are dispatched, but we will absolutely pass your feedback on to help prevent this happening again in future.
We’re glad to hear your item arrived safely in the end, and we appreciate your understanding.
