Feeling anxious about this company now
I’ve purchased gold from this company many times over the past year and a half- always been quick delivery with a gift of Mcvities gold bar choc with each order.
I was going to order from them again when prices dipped a few months ago and noticed their website/ company was undergoing an upgrade and they were offering 5% off spot prices for their delayed dispatch.
So I waited to order on 27th August as their site said they’d dispatch all orders on 28 August. On the 28th I was surprised to see my order was still processing, no email updates and their site had changed their message to all their workers were going to take the bank holiday weekend off for a well deserved break… I rang them in the 28th but the chap told me someone would call back as he wasn’t from the sales team. No one rang back on Friday and then it was bank holiday. Now their website seems locked on one page saying they can’t take any new orders until Saturday 5th September, their phone line isn’t being answered so we are in limbo with all existing orders pending and only a new date of 4 September for dispatch suggested. Can’t access my account online as a result and there really has been no official reliable updates. Disappointed and anxious about all the money spent.
Edit 4 September- site is fully down so looks like they’ve done a runner. Have opened a case with bank to get money back as no response on their WhatsApp either. Reported it to report fraud/police( pls look up link as not allowed to post here)
Hope they grow a conscience and refund all customers asap!

DO NOT TRUST - MISSING ORDERS AND EXTREME DELAYS
I placed an order in mid-June for physical gold, paying in full upfront. The merchant held my money for over two months, repeatedly delaying the delivery date. When directly queried, their management explicitly promised an absolute courier collection date of Friday, August 28th.That deadline has completely passed and they have failed to provide any shipping tracking numbers, courier details, or proof of dispatch. Absolutely nothing has arrived. Their website has now completely shut down its ordering systems and disabled its telephone lines.I have officially opened non-delivery disputes with my bank and payment provider, and have reported this company directly to the police via Action Fraud. If you have been affected, do not accept further delays - contact your bank immediately to file a chargeback.

Still waiting for my order which was meant to be dispatched 28th Aug got no email from them to say they've changed the date now there dispatching it on the 4th of Sept which I don't believe it dies not take any company over 2 weeks to deliver doesn't matter weather there system is changing updating. Heartbreaking to do this to hard-working people
I have made 9 separate transactions with Bulliongiant. I have not received anything from them. I have called up my bank and opened a section 75 claim for all but 1 as I have to wait 15 days to do so. I have also been notified by Bulliongiant that all items will then be dispatched by 4th of September but I have a gut feeling this is not the case after doing a lot of research on multiple platforms. I hate this worrying feeling. A company that has been around for 15 years to do this with excellent trustpilot is baffling and shameful. Only time will tell with this, I'll keep updating on here in regards to this.

Very Worried – Order Delayed and No Gold Receive
Very worrying experience with BullionGiant.
I placed an order for gold coins because they clearly said all orders would be dispatched on 28 August. They also confirmed this to me again directly.
Now the dispatch date has suddenly changed to 4 September.
I found BullionGiant through Klarna and the option to pay in 3 payments made me think this was a reliable company. Unfortunately, after what has happened, I am now seriously worried about my money and whether the gold will actually be delivered.
I find this situation very strange and concerning. I would advise anyone thinking about ordering to be very careful and do their own checks before paying.
I will update this review if I receive my gold or get my money back. Yes, they have offered a refund, but this does not tell the full story.
I paid for gold nearly two months ago. I chose to invest my money in gold, not to give BullionGiant an interest-free loan for two months.
Gold prices have increased since I placed my orders. Because BullionGiant failed to deliver the gold I paid for, refunding only my original payment now leaves me with a significant financial loss.
I specifically asked them what they would do about this loss, and their answer was that there is nothing they can do.
So saying “refunds have been processed” makes the situation sound much simpler than it really is. A refund after such a long delay does not put me back in the position I would have been in if they had delivered my orders as agreed.

⚠️ SCAM WARNING: Do Not Use! Appalling Service & Shady Changes
I am absolutely disgusted by the service from Bulliongiants. My order was explicitly promised to arrive by the 28th of August, but it has been heavily delayed with zero proactive communication.Whenever I try calling their customer service line, the reception staff are completely useless. They refuse to give me any actual advice or updates on where my order is, leading me to believe this company is running a scam.To make matters worse, a quick look behind the scenes shows that the company has suddenly switched hands to what looks like corporate administrators. If you have active orders or have given them money, I highly recommend calling your bank or credit card company ASAP to initiate a chargeback and protect your funds. Avoid this company at all costs!

I purchased a 20g gold bar and a 10g gold bar from BullionGiant. At the time of placing my order, the information published on their website stated that orders would be dispatched after 28 August with next-day delivery.
Unfortunately, this information has now changed, and I have been informed that orders will instead be dispatched from 4 September. This is not what was communicated when I placed and paid for my order.
Given the significant value of the purchase, this unexpected change has understandably caused me concern about when I will receive my order. I would have expected much clearer and more reliable communication from a bullion dealer.
Based on my experience so far, I am very disappointed with the service and cannot currently recommend the company. I hope my complete order is delivered safely and without any further delay.

AVOID this company, I have raised a fraud case with this company.Suspicions we raised follow placing a high value order , was a previously a reputable company but recently changed hands and just seen another similar customer review with similar stalling tactics for a refund and now company is unresponsive and cited in a number of forums suggesting this could be a scam , don't make same mistake like me.

Warning: Promised a refund 14 days ago for £8,336.71 - Zero funds received.
I am writing this review to warn other buyers about my experience with Bullion Giant (BG Metals Ltd). I placed a high-value order and officially requested a cancellation pre-dispatch, which the company accepted.Exactly 14 days ago, they issued an official written refund receipt for £8,336.71 (after deducting an unauthorized fee of £926.30 ). Despite their legal 14-day window expiring, zero funds have cleared my account.When challenged, customer support claimed the money was caught in "final bank checks" but refused to provide an Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) or Faster Payments ID. Yesterday, I spoke to them again, and they promised a team member would send a physical bank receipt today. That deadline has passed, and nothing has been sent.This matter has now been escalated as a high-value purchase fraud dispute to the Halifax Fraud Team, and formal reports have been submitted to Action Fraud and Trading Standards via Citizens Advice. If you are considering buying from this company, be aware that they are withholding customer funds and using continuous stalling tactics to avoid paying back refunds.
Everyone report them to action FRAUD AND THE POLICE ALSO LOOK ON COMPANIES HOUSE WE CAN SUE THE DIRECTOR WHO STOLE ALL OF OUR MONEY....
