Placed two orders with them on 12/04/21. They gave an ETA of 21/04/21. I'm still waiting for delivery as of today 10/05/21. You can't call or email them and in the slim chance that you get a reply on their on-line chat service they still can't give you a delivery date.
Uncontactable and no delivery
Placed 2 orders online and was given an ETA email shortly after. This date passed over a week ago and they are uncontactable by email, phone and webchat. Do not throw away your money with this company.
Awful service
Awful service, avoid at all costs, ordered 10mm aximo polycarbonate glazing and accessories 8th April advertised as around 5 day lead time.
Did not recieve any updates regarding delivery dates.
When I finally manage to get hold of them after being on hold for anything between 30 minutes - 1 hour I'm told that it is Clear Amber supplying the products (despite you paying building plastics the money) and there is nothing they can do other than request you to email their supplier?? and chase them up!!
They then provide a tracking link enabling me to chase Clear Amber who advise on a delivery date of 19th April.
Delivery turns up missing.
You then message clear amber (as its too difficult to get hold of Building Plastics) only for them to say please wait 1-2 days for the balance of the order to be delivered)
5 days passes still no delivery of the missing items.
You then message Clear Amber back as you can't call them for some bizare reason. (Probably a COVID related Excuse)
Only to recieve a message saying the delivery has gone missing.
They raise another order for the missing items which you then get a delivery date of 7 days.
You check their tracking link only to find the delivery was made 29th April.
You message them and say surely this is a mistake.
They respond and advise that I have recieved and signed for the delivery??
I advise that i did not recieve.
They apologise and ask what was missing.
What makes it more anoying is that building plastics seem to just wash their hand of the fact that they are the ones taking your money and yet your the one dealing with their incompetent supply chain Clear Amber.
4 weeks and still no roofing sheets delivered however £600 down.

Super service, super Price & free delivery bang on time.
Placed an order for fascia panel on 15th April. Delivery estimate was 5-10 days. Received an acknowledgement & later a follow up with ETA 23rd April. Product arrived on 23rd as promised. Correct product, at best price I could find. Was delivered by Eurocell from my local depot. No delivery charge either. Saved over £10 compared to other vendors.
Really pleased with the service - I am puzzled by the vast number of poor reviews & wonder if they are for the right company?

Unfortunate to not check Trustpilot before purchasing. One plastic sheet ordered at the beginning of April. £30 fee charged to be delivered. Response from team through web was one worded by the end of chat and no response after question posed therefore after 6 minutes waiting, ended the chat session. I very rarely complain however with the huge despatch costs you would expect delivery promptly and customer service to be of a higher level.

I was given a delivery date, never arrived. Made several calls, was promised delivery, never arrived. Called, emailed, was ignored. Took almost 5 months and threat of court action to get a refund. AVOID.

Avoid like the plague. Orders 66027 and 66086. NEVER NEVER pay them any money as you will not see it back and they will deliver you nothing. I have had 3 days of stress trying to get what I paid for delivered. Paid them 14 days ago and 3 promised delivery dates and still nothing. I hope that my email to Eurocell CEO Mark Kelly will be responded to.

I wish was seeing al this negative reviews before placing an order over £2,400 last month. I've only done so because I was advised by one of the guys from eurocell in Reading, he said he knows them and I should order online. I found my self in many of the people that have rated this company ( building plastics online.com) I'm still having a bad experience with them now as my order is still not completed. I would never recommend, they are the worst.

I purchased £180 of materials back in march before the lockdown. since then i have tried endlessly to contact this company by phone and email without any success. they have never responded to emails at all. i even thought it was some kind of scam and checked if the company actually exists. apparently it does! So, unless you want to throw your money away just avoid this company and go to somewhere that is not an utter scam rip off. avoid at all costs

Also called PIPETECH, same business address, same phone number. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with online. I had to give them one star as there is no option for zero stars. I too have placed an order on 19th Sept for just under £100, payment was taken from my account on the 21st, order was supposed to be delivered on 30th Sept. Waited in all day and nothing arrived, no email, text or phonecall. Left it a few days and still nothing. Numerous email enquiries sent to them asking about my order - yesterday I treied twice to contact them on their online chat service - again no reply. Tried ringing them yesterday, spent 30 mins waiting for an answer on both of their numbers and again no answer. I even contacted Eurocell but they could do nothing. I asked them if this was a bad company to deal with, they agreed customers have had problems with them. I contacted LloydsBank and have agreed to refund my money luckily. Bank has also advised me to cancel my debit card, and are issuing a new one. This company should be put out of business. I have contacted Trading Standards. If youve paid this company any money via debit or credit card, ring your bank and they will refund you, or create a case. DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY WHATSOEVER. placed an order on the 10 september, had an email from them on the 15th september saying items were dispatched but, still waiting for my order. i phoned and phoned them and finally got through to customer services, they told me they would look in to it and would update me by email. still waiting for the update. i have emailed them twice and no reply. have tried getting through to both customer services and sales only to be hearing the same automated message over and over. this company will take your money and not send you the goods. customer service is absolutely shocking. run a mile from this company. they don't even deserve one star

Should have read the reviews before buying from this company. Ordered fascia boards, which took an age to arrive, but I understood because of Covid restrictions. Once they did arrive, they’d sent the wrong sized fascias. Tried to contact numerous times to get replacements but absolutely no response. Avoid this company.

Paid for products back in May. It’s now September and no sign. No communication, no contact, no product delivered, uncontactable. You might as well throw your money in the bin than buy from this company.

Unfortunately it is time for my review.
Having checked trustpilot and io.com for reviews before purchasing i was happy with the reviews as they were 99% positive.
I think that they were a good company who have got into difficulty and haven't handled it well - ignoring customers doesn't solve the problem and nor does taking more orders.
I made my order for just under £500 on 20th July. It said that orders are usually delivered in 3-5 working days but there is a delay due to COVID. I received another email on 27th July to tell me it had been dispatched. That was the last i heard from them. The company have changed their voicemail a few times to say they were pausing orders to get on top of things, but this has never stopped people being able to order on the website.
I am very upset about this whole experience as i saved for a long time to do this project and with £500 currently with a company who won't return it i cannot continue until i get it back. I have had to send the workman away and they still expect to be paid. If the company would just communicate they could have saved their reputation. Most people would have understood if they had external supplier issues but customers should have been given a choice of waiting or a refund.

Absolute disgrace of a company, items ordered 23rd August, should have been delivered Tuesday. have tried calling them and they do not answer the phone, tried emailing them and they aren't responding to them either.
Please do not waste your money on this company, you will not get the goods you order.
I have reported these to my bank and also reported them for Fraud.
Your banks should be able to pull your money back if you paid by visa, they will put a visa dispute through.
