I was excited to purchase the Buffy sheets and give them a try. After one wash they pilled, which I followed their directions on washing. They offered to send a replacement pair of sheets, which I wish I wouldn’t have taken because those pilled too. Now I’ve requested a return on the sheets both sets because I will never use them and I’m being told they can’t even though the second set is within 30 days. When you spend this amount you shouldn’t have pilled sheets. Dissapointing.

My comforter is falling apart and it has never even been washed or dried. It also has always been covered with a duvet. I will get at least a handful of fluff pieces left inside the duvet and on the comforter when I change it. I have changed it several times now and it is still happening. Pretty soon there will be no filling left. I am afraid of what will happen if I wash it.

I ordered the cloud comforter and it’s honestly been incredible. It’s very soft and very comfortable to sleep with. I’m a cool sleeper so I don’t have any issues with it, but I could see it getting hot for some people. I’m a big fan though!

Well made and comfortable comforter. My daughter loves hers. Will be purchasing again.

The sheets and comforter were exactly as promised- cooling, comfortable, and so cozy. We and our guests love them!

This company is straight trash and I don't want to stand behind their product. They run a massive campaign about talking about how comfortable their pillows are but they really fail right after the three-month mark and, come to find out, they only guarantee their product for that amount. Once you go beyond that, they'll completely deny your claim for warranty.

I purchased two pillows from them, which was over about $50 each. I was already a little concerned that it was a little firm but it did sink in and everything ended up working out. Fast forward three to maybe four months later, the pillows became extremely hard. I ended up contacting them around the four-month mark and ended up emailing them and spoke with an A.I. rep and told them about my situation: the pillows have become hard and it's difficult to sleep at night. They transferred the request out to an actual live rep who just turned around and responded in email and told me that they were not going to refund the money.

I asked them, "I'm not asking for a refund. I'm asking to at least allow me to exchange this product for another different line of product because these pillows are too hard." After explaining it to the rep she refused to do anything and actually got rude with me in the email. I spent almost $100 on pillows there and they are not any good anymore. Right now I'm having neck problems because the pillows get so hard. I really regret that I bought pillows from this place and I probably should have gone to Costco instead.

I already own Buffy’s comforters, and they’ve all been amazing. The Breeze comforter is perfect for winter—soft, breathable, and just the right amount of warmth. This cooling quilt fills the gap for the rest of the year, and now I feel like my bedding setup is complete.

If you sleep hot or live somewhere warm, this is definitely worth it.

This is Scam‼️ I ordered 2 comforters, texture was silky, completely different than pictures. In order to initiate return you have to email them, they asked me to donated to goodwill and send a picture of the donation receipt, which I did then they never answer, I never received the refund.

I LOVE my Buffy Breeze sheets. They’re so soft and cool. They’ve held up really well to washing. This wasn’t my first Buffy purchase and will definitely won’t be my last.

Bought a Buffy sheet set on the recommendation of a friend, and here I am 3 more sets and a comforter later. I love how quick their shipping is and quality of product overall! Im a hot sleeper but my quality has gotten better since buying these and I don't think I'll ever switch!

Buffy sheets are the epitome of understated luxury—exceptionally soft, so lush, beautifully crafted--a rare find. It's the kind of bedding you genuinely look forward to at the end of the day. A friend stayed over, slept on them once, and ordered her own set the very next morning--That says it all!

These are my husband's favorite sheets! I got what I ordered quickly and without any incidents. They are a lovely color and VERY soft and cooling. Great company all around.

Really loving the sheets, they're genuinely soft and have held up well. I also got it in a soft butter / cream color and it's absolutely perfect. Never get sick or tired of looking at my beautiful set and honestly goes well with everything. Got the full set with the comforter (in a larger size so that the bedding looks and feels more plush too, and while I'm happy with the overall purchase, the comforter sheds more than I'd like. Every couple of months I have to lint roll it and an embarrassing amount of fluff comes off each time. A little annoying to keep up with, but not a dealbreaker. Sheets alone might be a 5/5 — great product with just that one caveat on the comforter.

Has never been washed and the product is defective.
Cloud comforter literally the stuffing is coming out of the outside fabric At first I thought because it was new and needed a little time. But I have to keep a powerful lint brush near the bed to keep it somewhat free of this filling. I need to do this every few days. For me this was an expensive purchase and yet I find the quality to be extremely poor.

I was hesitant spending that much money for a comforter but I’ll never go back. Hands down the best investment I’ve ever made getting the cloud comforter from Buffy! I typically run cold and could never stay warm in the winter until making this purchase. Don’t waste your money with another subpar comforter you’ll throw out in 5 months, invest in Buffy’s products for quality comfort.

The comforter is just as amazing now as it was 6 months ago when I first purchased it. It is incredibly soft and I look forward to going to bed now thanks to Buffy! This was one of the best purchases I have made and I highly recommend the comforter! I also got bath towels which are just as luxurious and amazing! This quality is top notch on everything I have purchased!

Item arrived damaged. I emailed multiple times but have yet to get an answer on how to resolve this issue. And I can't just return it because you have to email them to initiate the return but again, I am left on read. Do not recommend. This feels scammy.

From front to back, user friendly website with perfect description of products. Easy ordering , tracking and updates on delivery. Hands down best product I’ve owned bar none, customer follow up very good without being overbearing. Being pessimistic I was transformed into a worshipper of my comforter, in fact you undersold it in some sense lol. Being a 2x cancer battler with a myriad of health issues this comforter and other products have Been a great help in all that goes on… the styling and materials are fantastic… thank you.

I had a great experience with Buffy. Ordering was easy, and my items were delivered in good condition, exactly when I expected them. The best part of ordering from Buffy was the quality of the items. I absolutely love my Linen Quilt; it's the perfect weight, looks good, and washed up beautifully. I also got the Cloud Comforter, Breeze Duvet Cover (I love the look of the wooden buttons!), and two Cloud Pillows. Everything is excellent quality and the set makes my guest room look relaxed inviting, and comfortable. Just what I wanted and well worth the price!

I have purchased 3 comforters from Buffy and I LOVE them all. Great colors, well-made and comfortable. I even sent one to my daughter. Customer service is also top notch.
