I’ve been purchasing pieces from Buffy since 2018 when they had two skus, and I can confidently say the quality is not the same as it was and the prices doubled because capitalism, duh.
My beef isn’t about the $200 quit that pilled in the first week, or the $60 pillow that’s about a 1/4 inch thick but with the duvet cover I received that was stored in a branded box covered in MOLD.
This was a “final sale” item but I emailed them anyway making them aware and sent pictures of the box. My hopes aren’t high for this to be solved appropriately but at this point I’d stay clear of the brand all together!

The products are fine, but the customer service is beyond awful. I was unable to talk to a human, I’ve been trying to return a comforter for months. I provided credit card receipts, and pictures of the comforter that I got along with the packing slips. And I kept getting an automated email from someone named Alyssa, which is an automated response saying that they would be happy to assist me and that my request will be sent to a human. Well it’s almost 3 months after the fact, and I am still trying to get a refund and to just return the comforter.

We also followed proper washing instructions for The duvet cover and the sheets. We’ve had them for a few months and they are already pilling.

The comforter is lovely, but we received two. I initially ordered a white one and was told it was out of stock even though on the website it said it was available, which I paid for that one and then I ordered another one and paid for it and was told it was out of stock as well. A few weeks later, both comforters showed up and I’m still trying to return one as I didn’t get an automatic refund for the out of stock comforters as they obviously were not out of stock.

It’s been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had online ordering.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Charged my card before the 7 day trial then said I had to take it to a donation center and send a pic of the donation receipt. No where on their website does it say you will have to find a donation center. Nearest one to me was 20 miles whereas UPS, FedEx and USPS was 6 miles. Terrible response time to emails and a horrible blanket. Amazon has the same thing for $64 instead of $200.

I purchased a pillow from this company and decided that I did not care for it for a number of reasons I contacted the company and asked how to facilitate a refund. They told me since that my pillow was opened that the only thing they could do is insist that I take the pillow to a charitable organization. Donate it then take a picture of the receipt showing that it was donated and send it to them and then they would be happy to refund my money. This is the most convoluted return policy I have ever heard of and it stinks. None of this is disclosed on their website. Don’t buy their stuff.

Absolutely absurd experience with this company.Says there is a 50 day free trial. Opened it, never used and tried to return it the same day. But when I get in touch with customer service I get AI generated responses that say there is nothing they can do. This company should be investigated for fraudulent and misleading business practices.

I’m obsessed with my breeze eucalyptus sheets! They’re silky-smooth, breathable, and keep me perfectly cool all night. They are so soft, comfortable, and luxurious! I couldn’t recommend them more!

Love my duvet cover!!! It’s so soft and just gets softer with every wash. Also huge fan of the wiggle pillow. Don’t know how I slept without it!

Took a while for the product to come in. We ordered a sheet set, comforter, and duvet. We had the items for a couple days and the sheets instantly stained from sweat and the comforter was coming apart from the seams which created a fluffy mess.

I was excited to try Buffy’s Cloud Comforter, but I would now tell others to look elsewhere.
First, my order was marked as delivered but never arrived, and Buffy did nothing to help resolve the issue. I had to work with the post office myself to track it down.
Next, the comforter’s material feels slippery and not very pleasant, though the fill is light and fluffy. I gave it a fair try for two nights, but as a naturally cold sleeper, I still woke up feeling hot.
Buffy advertises a free in-home trial and “easy” returns, but I have been emailing them for days just to initiate a return. I keep receiving automated responses promising to “escalate” the issue. There is nothing to escalate — I just need a return label.
Overall, I do not recommend buying from Buffy. It has been a waste of time and a frustrating experience from start to finish.

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. It has been close to two months and I have still not received the comforter I ordered. It was "in stock" on their website but after waiting two weeks, I reached out and found out it was out of stock. I reached out once more close to two weeks later to get an ETA on the status of my comforter, which was still labeled as in stock only to be told not to email them again and again ( after two emails total, 2 weeks a part). When they finally shipped the comforter, they used a 3rd party parcel shipping company that has still yet to deliver my order, It is labeled as "shipping exception". Its now been over two months and the company doesn't answer their customer service hotline nor return voicemails. When I reached out to Buffy about my experience all I was told was thank you for your feedback... Stay far far away from this company.

I can honestly say Buffy is the only bedding brand I’m willing to splurge on and it’s worth every penny. The quality is unmatched. Every time I slip into my bamboo sheets, I look forward to that cooling sensation and the incredible softness.

I have the cooling sheet set and two duvets and they’ve become the only bedding I’ll use. Even after countless washes, they’ve held up beautifully—still soft, still cooling, still my favorite.

I recently treated myself to new fall colors (Monstera and Earth) and I fell in love all over again. The rich tones completely change the vibe of my room while keeping the same comfort I know and love. Now I’m counting down the days until my cooling pillows arrive.

Buffy really delivers on both comfort and quality and I don’t see myself ever switching to another brand.

Do not buy anything from this company. If you have any issues with your order, you can't actually speak to a person, you have to email- and you won't get a reply for days.
Shipping promises 1-3 business days, and a 7 day free trial. I was charged the day after my order shipped, and my package has been in transit for almost two weeks with a shipping company I have never even heard of. The package has not moved in 10 days and told this is normal. No, it is not.
I asked for clarity, for assistance- to receive generic, non- specific answers from a customer service e-mail for the past two weeks.

I love my new Buffy linen duvet cover! It is so soft, the color (Pebble) is beautiful, and knowing it's made sustainably makes it even better. And their customer service is so helpful - I originally ordered a different duvet, and didn't end up liking the color once I received it. But they made it easy to exchange it for the one I wanted!

Really easy to order & quick delivery

I ordered 2 pillows from Buffy, Company on 8/1/2025. They arrived 3 days later. The company was supposed to not bill the purchase for a 7-day free trial, but they billed it on August 1st.
I unwrapped 1 of the pillows to try it out & found it uncomfortable for my neck. I contacted Buffy asking to return the pillows & letting them know that only 1 was not in its original packaging. A week later, I heard from them via email asking if the pillows were in their original packaging & not addressing my request for a return. I told them again that one of the pillows was still in its original packaging & I wanted to return them both for a refund according to THEIR COMPANY POLICY. I didn't hear from them & after 2 weeks I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges on my bill.
Buffy responded to the credit card company that the charges were correct & appropriate.
A couple weeks later Buffy sent me an email saying that I should donated the pillows to a non-profit and send them PROOF OF the DONATION by taking a picture of the receipt & email it to them. I did as instructed & 2 weeks later I received an email from them stating:
Thanks so much for reaching back out.
I just tried to process your refund, but there was an error message, and the refund was not successful. It seems that because a dispute (chargeback) has been initiated by your bank, we are unable to refund you at this time. Going forward, I believe the refund will need to be processed by your bank. I've included a screenshot of the refund attempt (from your order details page). I recommend reaching out to your bank to see how long refunds typically take to process via a chargeback.

I heard from my credit card company & they are not issuing a refund & consider the case closed.

I am out $87.40 & I am warning anybody considering a purchase from Buffy not to go ahead since they do not honor their own free trial & return policies. This is the WORST COMPANY I have ever dealt with & I am not alone. There are a significant number of reviews that stated the exact experience that I had with Buffy Co.

We were excited to try out Buffy since the online reviews looked positive. Unfortunately, our experience was somewhat disappointing. We purchased two sets of sheets and in both cases the bottom sheet started ripping just over a year after purchase. We could not find our old purchase confirmation for the sheets, and Buffy support said they could not honor their 3-year coverage policy as a result.

UPDATE: Buffy did follow up with us and offer to replace one set of sheets. We appreciate the follow-up and reconsideration given our initial experience.

My first set of Buffy sheets pilled in the wash after the fourth wash. Buffy customer service was so amazing and sent me another set free! Their sheets are so soft after you wash them, and they have a pretty sheen to them.

Love my products but also LOVE their customer service!! Needed to exchange my item for a different size and they made it effortless for me! Plus the duvet cover I got is BUTERRREY SOFT! Highly recommend

I got the whole Buffy set (breeze sheets, cloud comforter, duvet, and pillows) earlier this year when I was moving into a new apartment and upgraded from a full to a queen. I never really prioritized nice sheets before but a move seemed like the perfect opportunity for a nice refresh! A colleague gave me the most convincing recommendation for Buffy, and I could not be more pleased! The quality and cooling factor is unmatched, I genuinely get exciting hopping into bed every night. I recently adopted a cat as well and the duvet cover has held up perfectly. I probably won’t buy sheets from anywhere else!

The fitted sheet and pillow covers feel so soft and stay cool! Items arrived quickly and as described. A big upgrade from similar items we tried from another brand.

Looking forward to getting a comfort and duvet cover from Buffy as well.
