Ticket issuing and customer service
Last time I booked a ticket with them, it took 1hr for the ticket to be sent, i rubbed it off and I booked with them again, this time it took over 12 hrs for the ticket to be issued.
Another time I had an issue with the surname that was needed to be corrected in the ticket and the customer care said they can’t help me. I ended up calling the airline that ended up helping me
But their prices are reasonably cheaper at times

We wanted to clarify that while most of our bookings are issued within 24 hours, our standard processing window can take up to 96 hours depending on airline system queues. Regarding name corrections, policies and permissions are strictly controlled by the airlines, which is why the carrier was authorized to make the change directly on their end when we could not.

It was extremely smooth and there were no hidden charges. Only thing I wish to highlight is that some people do not have a surname. Like in my case. It is Raghavendrum only. I had to add Mr to my surname for the booking to ho through.
