When something goes wrong, expect endless back-and-forth, finger-pointing, and absolutely no ownership. They keep directing you to the airline, while the airline directs you back to the agency because the booking was made through BudgetAir. Meanwhile, the customer is left to deal with the mess.
Their communication is frustrating, their support is painfully ineffective, and getting a straightforward answer feels like an impossible task. Even a simple request turns into days of chasing, repeating the same information, and being passed around between people who apparently cannot resolve anything.
Save yourself the headache. Book directly with the airline. Avoid BudgetAir at all costs.

I really had a bad experience with the company at first but they really helped to solve the issue. I really appreciate the team and i personally thank the guy who called me for follow ups cause he was soo understanding and helpful and he is the only reason for this good rating. The lady at the customer service which i called first was having a bad day i think😅. She really wanted to end the day.
