Update: It finally got delivered, today.

Order #6276, placed 5 August, ₦209,175.00 paid in full. Buchymix (buchymix.com.ng) advertises delivery in 2 to 8 days. Eleven days later, nothing had shipped.

When I chased it, their Operations Manager emailed to say the product is "currently sold out across our stores in Nigeria." So the item was listed, paid for, and order-confirmed — while they had no stock to fulfil it with. No amount of apologetic wording in that email changes the basic fact.

What made it worse: rather than simply refunding me, the same email pushed me to "upgrade" to a ₦269,000 model conveniently available for immediate dispatch. That is ₦59,825 more than I had already paid. Being upsold after they failed to deliver the product I bought is not customer service.

I replied on 16 August requesting a full refund. As of today I have received neither the blender nor my ₦209,175.

If you're considering ordering from Buchymix: don't assume anything on the site is actually in stock, and understand that once they have your money, getting it back runs on their timeline, not yours.

I literally condemned this company without knowing i was using the wrong strainer for my juicer until i reached out to them after 3 months . Now i can testify that Buchymix juicer is so good . Coming for the food processor nexr

I purchased the Buchymix 14-Cup All-in-1 Pro Food Processor in July 2025 for £165.00.
In October 2025 the blade stopped rotating during use. I provided video evidence and Buchymix sent a replacement bowl and blade. This was only a temporary fix.
In November 2025 it failed again. Buchymix agreed in writing to send a full replacement machine and provided a return address. I replied the same day with questions about the return process and never received a response. No return label was ever sent and no replacement was ever provided.
The unit then unexpectedly started working again on its own which is why I did not pursue the matter further at that time.
From around May 2026 the internal rotating part began repeatedly sticking to the cover making it very difficult to open.
On 3rd July 2026 the unit stopped completely during light use whilst blending pepper. The control dial became stuck on setting 1 and cannot be moved or turned back to off. The only way to stop it was to unplug it from the wall socket.
I own a Buchymix blender which has worked perfectly for 21 months in the same household. The problem is clearly with this food processor. Despite raising my legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 Buchymix continues to refuse a refund or replacement.

If I had seen the reviews before purchase, I wouldn't have done so.
I purchased the Büchymix 12 in 1.
By week 2, the item insides started to corrode. It started with the tray.
I thought "Oh maybe minor oversight"
Until the entire thing started to corrode, so badly you'd think I sprayed it with acid or something.
Customer service? None existent.
I kept on emailing with some person called "Ugo".
I've seen horrible customer service but this is next level. Phone numbers don't go through.

I placed an order on May 6,2026, cancelled the order within the cancellation window,got confirmation that the order has been cancelled and Buchymix has refused to issue my refund! I have been told all manner of stories and now they are no longer responding to my emails. This is terrible customer service. I regret having anything to do with this company. Please issue my refund for order #23365. Other merchants that I bought items from after May 6 have successfully refunded to my card without hassles. This one with Buchymix leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Please refund my money!

When will it be possible to rate without a star. This company does not deserve even a half-star rating. Customer service is negative 1000%. Like who runs a company like this? To think that I bought a blender, food processor and juicer from them. Horrid customer service! Absolutely horrid! I won't wish such experience for anyone. My juicer broke and "Ugo" in the worst possible way, says he is new and so can't help me. Like what does that even mean? Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!

The BJ-150 slow juicer stopped working after only one month, but the poor customer support has been even more disappointing. When I contacted customer care by email, the response to my complaint was simply, “Try another outlet.” That was it.

After I replied that I had already tried other power outlets and the machine still was not working, they only told me to call a support number.

I tried calling that number several times, but it always went to voicemail. I eventually spoke with someone at the front desk, who asked me to send videos showing that the machine was not working. After a lot of back and forth, I made and sent several videos. He seemed satisfied that the machine was faulty and said he would get back to me by the end of the day.

Two days later, I still had not heard anything from Buchymix. When I reached out again, the front desk person told me he was not authorized to speak to me and that only the manager could respond. I was told to leave a voicemail, which I did. At this point, I honestly doubt they are interested in providing real support for their products.

I do not understand why a company’s support line would constantly lead to voicemail, especially when customers are dealing with faulty products. I am very disappointed, and I regret buying more than one product from this company.

If I can give Buchymix a minus award; I will do so.
Over a month after I returned their lousy product; I am still fighting for my refund.
I am considering taking them to a small claims court.

Repeated emails have yielded no result.
Please stay away from them.

My experience with BuchyMix has been extremely disappointing and unnecessarily stressful.
I purchased the machine in November, and by January it had already started malfunctioning. I contacted the company promptly to report the issue. Instead of resolving the problem properly or offering a replacement, they only sent parts, which did not fix the issue—in fact, the problem became worse.
When I tried to escalate this and request a return and refund, the situation became even more frustrating. BuchyMix refused to provide a return label or clear instructions and instead claimed that a chargeback had already been filed, which was not true. This was used as a reason to delay and avoid resolving the issue.
Communication has been poor throughout. Emails are ignored, and at times I was told I had contacted the wrong email address, despite using the details they provided. This created unnecessary delays and made it very difficult to get any proper response or support.
I also found it unreasonable that I was asked to clean or dismantle the machine before returning it, which could risk damaging it and potentially voiding my claim.
Despite making multiple attempts to resolve this directly and in good faith, the company failed to provide a workable solution. I have now had to escalate the matter through Affirm in order to recover my money.
Overall, this company appears far more interested in taking payment than providing proper after-sales support. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing from BuchyMix.

Please when I mean don't buy from this place don't. Just today I was using the juicer that I had purchased of this website and moretime this is the first time I have used it since it had arrive ut doesn't function properly and when I find how to return it doesn't give proper instructions please STAY AWAY. I regret not looking at the comments

Nice product, arrived on time. I first saw Buchymix product being advertised by May Yul Edochie in all her social media platform and i can say she is a very good influencer. The product is working exactly as she advertised. I am going to get more soon because of her, and the quality of the product. I am really enjoying my blender.

I have been hearing about Buchimix from my lovelies and celebrities and I said I need to have it in my home. I use Ninja though but a touch of my Nigeria brand in my home is a plus. So yes, I love it and I'm happy I bought it😍😍

I recently had an issue with my juicer where the auger and hopper became clogged during use. It was a bit frustrating at first, especially since I rely on it regularly. However, I reached out to customer service, and LILLIAN handled the situation really well.

She responded promptly and quickly by email me back and giving me a call. The new auger and hopper arrived, everything worked as expected again. Quality customer service rendered.

A good buy and excellent customer service. I ordered for two products and got it to be delivered the second day but the delivery company delivered it somewhere else. I contacted the Buchymix customer service and they got it sorted promptly. Now I am enjoying easy life with the food processor and blender. Still eager to purchase more products from the company.
