Less is more

I got charged for personalization of…
I got charged for personalization of the book for my son that didn’t go completely, I downloaded the picture of my son to be printed on the book and was charged for it, however picture was not printed. I contacted the customer service and was denied for any refund, not even for half of it and I was blamed that it was a my fault, that picture was downloaded after the payment process that’s why it didn’t go through who’s is doesn’t make any sense because why would I download the picture of my son after the purchase? They confirmed that they received a download and I’m pretty sure that it was done properly during the purchase process. I had to get my money back through my bank, horrible service. Be careful guys, their system allows to download the pictures of your kids.
