Has just cancelled tickets we’ve have booked for 2 weeks less than 24 hours before we are supposed to go! Not even refunded has said to re book using the voucher. Terrible customer service just want to take your money

total rip off, no parking, no pedestrian crossings to get to this place, every single ticket was charged £2 admin fee!!!!!! and there is literally nothing inside worth stopping. Children run through it in 45 min, no games, attractions to keep their attention. Small warehouse with 5 rooms of bubbles. VR charged on the top of the ticket rip off £3! AVOID AVOID AVOID, waste of money and time! Go to Legoland for an entire day of fun for £40!

Absolute rubbish! Please don't believe the hype this place is trash. It's a pop up warehouse in an industrial estate. It's nothing like the pics I promise you, if you are excited by rooms filled with balloons or a ball pit and some flashing lights then go for it but it's not worth the price, tickets should be £5 to match the "experience" it's complete garbage it's dirty, smelly and crowded, the ball pit is dirty and when my kids came out of it their clothes were filthy, my son said the balls had gum and chocolate stuck to them so I don't think this place has been cleaned since it opened, the photo opportunities you've seen online are just tiny shoe box sized rooms with massive queues. The whole experience was extremely underwhelming and nothing like social media will have you believe. There's no food just ice cream nothing else and the drinks are only bubble tea at £7.50 a "pop" or water at £2.85 a bottle. The VR is an extra cost so we didn't bother (should be included in the high price) the whole place is just cringey and definitely not for adults like it's being advertised, all ages? I would say under 5... I went with kids aged between 6-13 and they were all bored and said it was rubbish. I was embarrassed I even took them there it's the worst place I've ever taken my children the local soft play is better. It's an "experience" I wouldn't want to repeat. The staff were rude and clueless just shouting a lot in the ball bit as there are lots of rules no jumping in/ no climbing etc they also didn't have a clue what I was talking about when I said I was free as a Carer as per the website they looked at me like I had two heads. My son referred to it as the Willy wonka experience. I'm not sure how anyone liked this place, either had very small children or just very easily pleased. As for "bubble planet" wasn't a bubble in sight balloons and a ball pit, the other rooms were very basic and unfinished and just games that half were broken there was really nothing else and you could walk through in half an hour, we stayed slightly longer just because I encouraged my children to try to enjoy the ball pit just so it wasn't a complete waste of money but even that was boring there was a thing in the middle that you put balls in but only one side was working and people wouldn't let others have a turn and would let their children play with it endlessly even though they could see others were waiting. The whole place was a joke I took my daughter here for her 13th birthday and felt so awful as it was just so crap really shouldn't be advertising this place for teenagers and adults because it's just a giant indoor play area for toddlers who are easily pleased!

La experiencia estuvo bien aunque faltó más salas como los globos o la piscina de bolas, y había varias salas de relleno que no aportaban nada. Hacer una experiencia para niños y bebés, y cobrar por guardar el carrito de un bebé es bastante cutre, por no hablar de la falta de accesibilidad del sitio.

Highly overpriced. Staff didn't wear their uniforms and were so unkind.Suddenly shouting from the corners. They werent even happy to answer question and felt fed up .The VR room ( last room) was with extra cost that hasn't been state clearly while you purchased the ticket. So big disappointed and nothing interesting really. Everywhere only lights and pool with balls.Not impressed and there was hardly feeling that you are in the 'bubble' planet where they only provided simple balloons and
plastic balls in 2 rooms. Rest was just boring games that you could do simply somewhere else much cheaper

Unless you have plenty of money to waste, I really wouldn’t bother. I thought my husband had paid £19 each, which seemed overpriced, but I was disgusted to discover he paid £27.90 each! This is a cheap, lame place, really just for kids. I felt so bad because my husband wanted to do something cool and different for our son’s birthday. For all that money we were given one tiny tube of bubbles and one bowl of ice cream wrapped in rice 😏. You get through quickly and as others say, it is quite underwhelming and disappointing. The hanging lights and my first VR experience were pretty cool though.
We have to weigh up what we spend our money on and this cost more than a day’s wages for three tickets, or more than half of our electric bill for a month! Not worth it at all.

It’s so overpriced and it’s for kids age 5 and under, anyone older than this will be very bored and feel out of place. It’s basically a giant pit ball play area.

We enjoyed a family visit to bubble planet, my son is 5 and had a great time. I would definitely say that on a weekend or school holidays i would only advise you go if you take children, only because if you are going as adults only you might find it busy and lots of children. We spent a good 2 hours inside, our favourite bits were the room with the giant balloons and the massive ball pool that is bath time themed. Its interactive and engaging. Id say its a little bit expensive for what it is and for that reason we wouldnt return anytime in the near future despite my son wanting to. The cloak room is extortionate! Its £2.50 per item so wither take a big bag and pop everything in or put coats and jumpers into sleeves of 1 coat to avoid extra costs. The gift shop is as you would imagine over priced and there wasnt a lot in there. Its quite warm in there and some activities make it warmer so take a bottle of water or you'll pay extortionate prices for a small bottle. Overall if you have children I highly recommend but it is a pricey activity for a couple of hours but well worthwhile visiting.

Great place for all the family, lots of fun for those seeking a sensory experience. Truly immersive, only really thing I found annoying is that once you’ve been round once that’s it no going back in.

Bad points:
No parking for disabled paid £36 to use just park space
No decent drink counter for cans/food etc
Toilets not that clean
Staff looked bored

Totally overpriced! This should be advertising for babies and toddlers. Utterly disappointed and I feel like I was scammed out of a huge amount of money for a mediocre experience.

Do not book, cancelled tickets an hour before meant to be there. Claimed through it being closed but actually they just oversell too many and then kick out people who have paid and travelled there by random only a few hours before. Then the customer service lie to you its been shut down.
