Enjoyable afternoon

My friend and I took our children to visit bubble planet during the holidays and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Plenty of great photo opportunities! The kids particularly loved the room with the huge balloons.
I think people need to realise these experiences are what you make them. If you go in ready to enjoy yourself with your family you will!
I personally think the drinks at the end were wildly overpriced, but I just didn’t buy one…
Overall we had a lovely day out!

Una estafa. Un quiero y no puedo. Decepcionante. La única sala que vale la pena y no justificar el precio, es la sala de bolas. Nada recomendable.

Con mis hijos de 10 y 12 años, les ha encantado! A mí también mucho y una amiga y su hijo (6 años) también se lo han pasado bien! Lo aconsejo!!!

Nos divertimos mucho en familia

Overpriced and poorly maintained. The place is barely a year old and looks and feels like a soviet communist era tower block estate. The balls in the ball pit stank of feet and saliva. The balloons in the balloon rooms were all half deflated and soggy. The projectors used for the visual effects were all dimmed out from lack of cleaning with no HD and you could count all like pixels on each image. Cushions on seats had all faded from their original colours and stank of fart and spilled milk that had gone bad. All this for a whopping £25. Bubble tea is just sugar, colour, and water. Staff looked like they were on the verge of commiting sepuku. To add insult to injury, a £3 fee is required if you want to the VR experience, which is basically a 3 min looped video that kids get bored of after 30 seconds due to repetitiveness and lack of interactivity. Watching the windows 95 screensaver would be more exciting for your kids. You're better off taking you're kids to your local soft play than coming to this scam bait place.

Thoroughly disappointed with the experience. The entrance resembled a somber funeral parlor, setting a depressing tone from the start. The lack of cleanliness was immediately evident as I noticed unwashed cushions outside where customers supposedly sit. The walls were adorned with messy handwriting, further diminishing the appeal of the place. While children might find some amusement in the balloons and activities, the overall unhygienic conditions pose a significant risk. The dirty curtains, floors, and overall atmosphere did not justify the steep price of nearly £25. In my opinion, the venue is not worth the money, and I would advise against visiting it. It would be more prudent to spend your money elsewhere.

Carísimo, a pesar de las colas para hacerse fotos se ve en una hora como mucho, la realidad virtual no está incluidas se paga aparte. En muchas salas no haya aire acondicionado y el calor es insoportable.

Un lugar donde los grandes vuelven a sentirse pequeños!!! Muy original!!!! La experiencia virtual, una chulada, aunque yo acabe mareada, al no estar acostumbrada a ver con gafas virtuales.
Padres con hijos autistas, no recomiendo llevarlos.

Fueron dos horas geniales, para descubrir, sentir y reír mucho. Es un espacio genial para mayores, jóvenes y niños. Experiencia muy muy buena.

Un gran plan para ir con familia o amigos, disfrutan los peques y los adultos, con muchos rincones para hacer fotos para el recuerdo. Nosotros tuvimos la suerte de que no había apenas gente y no había colas, sacamos las entradas antes de ir por la app Fever.
Otro punto positivo es que para las personas con discapacidad hay descuento y gratis su acompañante y eso lo agradecemos.
El único pero sería el aire... Hay uno ventiladores pero no tiran lo sifiencite para lo grande que es eso.

Absolutely loved this place we stayed alot longer then the time they said. The waffles are a fair price though totally worth it.

El sitio está chulo, aunque hay salas que sólo son de relleno, unos globos en una malla y la sala final no tienen sentido alguno, la realidad virtual es bastante cutre y encima te la cobran aparte, para lo mala que es debería estar incluida en el precio.

El personal es amable y la organización es muy buena. Me pareció realmente inadecuado que cobraran 3€ adicionales por la actividad de realidad virtual, aunque lo especifique, ya el precio de la entrada es justa para lo que se ofrece.

Tot estaba molt bé organitzat, sempre hi havia algún treballador alavora, per qualsevol pregunta o també per estar atents, el lloc ens va agradar molt, tot els jocs de llums, els nens s,ho passaven bé, però els adults també. Molt recomenable, és una bona opció per fer algo diferent.

Unfortunately, Bubble Planet in London was a disappointment. Despite the high ticket prices, the experience fell short in almost every aspect. The installations, which might have once been impressive, are now tatty and tired, with the overall appearance clearly lacking proper maintenance. It’s evident that the venue isn’t being looked after as it should be.

To make matters worse, after paying an already steep entrance fee, you’re expected to pay extra for additional activities once inside. This feels like an unfair money grab, especially considering that some of the machines and attractions weren’t even working properly. The entire experience felt poorly managed and not worth the money.

For the price paid, we expected a much more polished and enjoyable experience. Sadly, Bubble Planet doesn’t live up to the hype or the cost.

We wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

A la llegada, el personal te dice que el aire acondicionado no funciona y te da dos opciones: entrar asumiendo tú el riesgo (hablamos del mes de agosto en Barcelona dentro de una nave industrial, el propio personal informa que dentro hace MUCHO calor sin olvidar que la actividad, principalmente, va dirigida a niños) o llamar a Fever para reclamar la devolución. Bien, pues Fever se lava las manos y lo que te ofrece es simplemente un cambio de fecha.

Increíble pérdida de tiempo y dinero, son incapaces de informar con antelación de este problema para que, al menos, te ahorres el viaje. Entiendo que no les interesa hacerlo porque, una vez allí, en la puerta, los niños insisten en entrar.

Leo ahora, no obstante, numerosos comentarios que ya hacen referencia al problema con el aire acondicionado desde hace semanas. Señores, hablamos de una actividad indoor en verano, en Barcelona, para niños, a este precio, en pleno siglo XXI... y no tiene A/C: una tomadura de pelo.
