Wonderful attention to detail …
Rather than the mass produced floral deliveries, I loved how this local florist were available to chat to on the phone to get a very personal bouquet made up for me. The result was wonderful and the recipient loved what they’d done. I chose their “Statement Meadow” bouquet. Highly recommend.

My experience with Brothers Green could not have been better! The flowers were delivered on the day I had hoped for rather than the day I was able to sign up for upon ordering. Thank you, BG, for making that happen! The bouquet is gorgeous and generous…the selection, so fresh, eccentric and unexpected. I am incredibly happy to have found this wonderful florist. I had an immensely excellent experience with Brothers Green. Firstly, I had trouble during checkout so sent them a message, and was called and emailed back very quickly to help me get my order through. I spoke to Danny who was really friendly, chill, and helpful and it was no trouble to get the order through.
On the day of delivery (Valentines Day no less) I found out that my partner wouldn't be in during the estimated delivery window, so I messaged Danny. He was very receptive, professional, and accommodating to my last minute request, and spoke to the courier to get my order delivered in time. I'll say agan, this was on the morning of Valentine's day - so it must have been insanely busy.
I really appreciated that - I felt very valued.
But last and not least the flowers themselves are the most stunning bouquet I have bought or seen, exactly as they are on the website, and I've bought many for my girlfriend over the years. Both of us can't stop thinking about them or looking at them. The whole experience just solidified the reason why buying flowers, particularly from local florists, is important and worth every single penny.

A fantastic experience

Bouquet looked nothing like the website
Flowers were wilted, colours look nothing like the bouquet shown on the website and overall a very underwhelming bouquet vs the website photos.

We pride ourselves in the top quality and creative bouquets - it looks like we really missed the mark on this occasion.
In the week before Valentine’s Day we found that there were a lot of scarcity of flowers for our bouquets and had to make more substitutions than we would normally like. I was really glad to hear that the replacement bouquet we sent out was well received and I hope this went someway to making good on the disappointment of the initial bouquet.
