Beautiful flowers and friendly service. There was an issue with delivery which I had to chase up on the day but, once I had raised it, it was resolved promptly.

I wanted to buy special flowers for someone’s birthday l know the recipient truly appreciates flowers.
And my goal was to send flowers that would be different and ,extra special.
I came across the site ‘Brothers Green’,wow!
I have never seen such beautiful displays of Hand tied bouquets, ever.
I ordered the flowers after speaking with Danny his help and advice was great.
Recipient received their flowers - on their birthday, 3rd June.
The recipient told me ,Their flowers are so gorgeous-Like when an English garden in spring & Summer is in full bloom. The colours are exquisite and there is a beautiful scent .
I was emailed a photo…Wow!,truly l have never seen such beautiful flowers and almost reminded me of pre raphaelites art .
the recipient said the flowers had made their day’
So wonderfully satisfying to know the gift of flowers chosen from Brothers Green had been received with such Joy.

I’m based in Australia and bought flowers from Danny for a VIP, he was so helpful and made it easy to pay internationally. I’ve recently placed a second order and received the same prompt service with lots of online help from Danny and added privacy for the VIP receiving the flowers.

This review is more about the experience of buying, rather than the flowers themselves. When I ordered I had a couple of questions that I really would have liked to know the answer to before I placed my order. However, there is no phone number published on the site or on Google, or webchat, so no way of asking anything! I do find this frustrating, and for a florist it seems rather bizarre, I can't believe it can be good for business.

I was very close to going elsewhere, but ultimately I took the risk as I did really like the unusual bouquets. When I ordered I was asked to complete the gift message and then after submitting the order I had to do it all over again, for whatever reason. Then after I had placed the order I received an email some time later telling me that they only got the first few words of the gift message and asking me to provide it once again. This was a little infuriating and had I not seen and responded to the email (why not call??) then my flowers would either not have arrived in time or would have had no gift message.

The recipient of the flowers was ultimately delighted with what they received, and the photo of them certainly looked good. But I felt the buying experience let them down, and for that reason I'm not sure if I would use them again. That's a shame as these issues could easily be solved.

Really enjoyed the flower arranging course, great fun. Lonnie was really informative and would definitely recommend ☺️

We ordered a bouquet of flowers for our daughter’s engagement and chose Brothers Green both for their beautiful and unusual arrangements, and also from a logistics point of view as they were one of the few to deliver on Easter Monday. The flowers were absolutely stunning and we were kept up to date with the delivery time on the day. Excellent service which we will definitely use again

It’s supposed to be a pink theme but i was given a range of colours. Kind of upset about the white hydrangea as it was my friend’s birthday and you’re not supposed to be sending white flowers in Chinese traditions, it’s only for dead people.

I wanted to make sure the Mother’s Day bouquet arrived with my mum before she went out for the day, I got a personal assurance it would, and it did, and my mum was very happy

The most beautiful flowers. Not only were they super fresh, but the quality of the actual flowers was incredible. I got these for my wife for her 30th, and I’m SO glad I chose them. A gorgeous soft palette, really interesting selection of flowers and all presented so well. My message for my wife was even hand written so felt really special and personalised.

Quick responses to queries even though first email I sent was at 6 50 am! Information received from Danny was clear and thorough. Bouquet I ordered was ready and waiting upon my arrival in what was that day - Mother's Day - and despite a v busy environment Nicky was able to deal with my payment very quickly. The two staff members I had dealings with were very polite and helpful. My daughter and granddaughter loved the flowers too 💐 .

The bouquet was beatiful. After ordering I had some requests, and got a response and confirmation very quickly by email. In addition, there was nobody at home to receive the flowers, but communication was great and we found a solution.
