Marvelously quick delivery and responsive customer service on my first order.

The items were to be shipped from China. Apparently. I never received them. Got a letter asking me to wait 2-3 more weeks. Do not trust

I ordered two pair of shoes over three weeks ago and they’re telling me the same thing that their company expanded and it’s gonna be a delay. I’m thinking this is a scam.

The jacket is Nothing like advertised. It is Not leather, not Any of it. Made of very light and thin vinyl. Loose stitching threads hanging of it. Zips are very cheap grade. Only the pattern loosely match their advertisement photo. It is really cheap crap ! I have been done in ! False advertising !

Very poor customer service and misleading sizing.
The size conversion does not match standard international sizing, yet the company refuses to take responsibility. Instead, they pressure customers to accept partial refunds or pay return shipping themselves.
This feels unfair and highly unprofessional. I would strongly advise caution before ordering.

They claim that they had to expand their warehouse so my orders will be pushed out another 2-3 weeks!
It’s already been 2 weeks. I am beyond disgusted.

Ordered item in mid-Oct 2025, didn't arrive for 3+ weeks. When received, product didn't appear as close to advertisement on Instagram. Initiated return right away, and they offered to let me keep item for partial return credit or return; I chose the latter. I returned within the delivery window, paid for UPS Ground, and forwarded tracking number to store, which was acknowledged by email. Didn't remember receving credit, which was confirmed on credit card statements after 2+ months. Luckily, I paid w/ AMEX, and they helped resolve. Plus, the store actually RETURNED THE SHIPMENT to me via UPS, rather than crediting my card.

Would give zero stars if that was available. DO NOT purchase from this site. Brooklynridge sent me a completely different jacket, different design, wrong color and wrong size. I requested a refund immediately and sent the jacket back to them within a couple days. They made me pay to return it, even though it was their mistake, and are refusing to refund me for shipping costs. It has been 28 days since they received my return and I still have not been refunded. The quality of the jacket was extremely poor as well as their customer service.

Terrible. The jacket I ordered is NOTHING like the pictures and despite ordering up a size it's still too small. They claim "Hassle Free Returns" but [edit] it took 4 emails, two pictures of the item and a week to get a refund. I am fairly certain it was my statement that I was giving them a terrible review that finally got action. I recommend avoiding this company. It's unlikely you'll be happy with the product. (Increased from one to two stars since they finally issued a refund)

If there was an option for MINUS five stars, I'd use it. My husband ordered shoes for me for Xmas, 3 weeks before the day. Not only were they not delivered until AFTER Xmas, but they are so cheap and tacky. I emailed the company requesting a refund or exchange, with info on the item I wanted to exchange them for. I have since heard NOTHING from them. The last correspondence I received from them was 2 weeks ago. We are out $80 for tacky shoes I wouldn't wear to my own funeral. STEER CLEAR of this lousy company.

I ordered shoes , but the item never arrived. I contacted customer service multiple times with no helpful response. They have not issued a refund. My order number is #BR1736700. I do not recommend this seller until they fulfill their promises and issue a refund.

Ordered a leather jacket size XL and what I received was not leather and it was so small it wouldn’t even for my 10 year old granddaughter. They don’t return phone calls so I emailed my request to return the jacket for a refund and received a response telling me I was 1 day past their 30 day return policy. I wish I had checked their reviews before ordering and I would have never ordered from Brooklyn Ridge. Save yourself the aggravation and take your business elsewhere.

I had order a women's jacket back in December 4, 2025, guess what, I am still waitng for this item to arrive, 35 DAYS !!!!!!

The shoes they advertise are a TOTAL misrepresentation of what they send you. They claim the heels are “genuine leather” and they’re absolutely not. The photos of the heels I bought look like genuine leather, but what I was sent was not that. They were made of fake leather, the heels were PLASTIC (leather online), and the heels were also SHORTER than they are in the photo online as well. DO NOT buy from this store. Idk how they haven’t been shut down yet.

Awful experience! I ordered shoes in October and as of December 18th, still haven’t received them. I have been in contact with company and each time they assure me that my product is on the way. I have requested a refund multiple times and each time my request is ignored and instead they send me a tracking number that tells me it is “in transit”. This company is an absolute scam, I can’t even provide a review on the actual item, only the horrible customer service I have received.

I ordered 4 pairs of women's shoes. One pair were shoes that I didn't even order, which they replaced at random for a pair I never received. The second pair, were women's heels with no hard sole. The sole is soft rubber so that you cannot even stand up in them without them collapsing sideways.

This site is a total scam! When i reached out them, they said that in order to get a refund, I need to pay for shipping both pairs back to them! Why would I have to pay for return shipping for shoes I didn't even order and another pair that can't even be stood in??

I bought two pairs of shoes from this company after reading some good reviews. However, both leave much to be desired. One pair of shoes cuts into my feet with the grommets because they weren’t finished properly so they can’t be worn - the other pair after wearing once seem to be coming apart at the seams. It’s worse than the stuff I’ve bought from SHEIN which says a lot.

Not impressed for the $$$ spent. I could have bought 4 pairs of shoes for what I spent on 2 and shipping elsewhere and had better products.
