Experience with booking with Natalie
Natalie booked my cruise for me yesterday. She was extremely helpful and provided all information that I needed before booking. She assured me re cabins etc as I had a few queries. She then messaged to say she was going to call me so I knew to expect her call. This was welcomed as I often dont pick up calls if I am not familiar with the number due to spam calls. Would definitely recommended Broadway Travel as the experience was first class. Thanks again Natalie

It was the first time I've used Broadway Travel. They were very competitive on price. They sent emails every step of the way , right through from when we booked the package holiday and up to when we were due to travel . They made everything easy to understand . We had a fantastic holiday everything ran very smoothly, I hope to find more good value holidays in the future and book with Broadway travel again.

We would just like to say a huge thank you to Hannah Harding for her sterling work this morning, her kindness and support!!
After yesterday’s adventure that went from fun to absolute carnage. Sitting on a plane for 7 hours, being stuck at baggage reclaim for 2 and a half hours and finally making it back home at midnight. We were very tired today but Hannah really went above and beyond to make us going on holiday again on Friday a stress free experience.
She absolutely delivered on all her promises and she went way above and beyond in delivering excellent customer service.
Thank you Hannah!!! From Clare Bradley and daughter Vicky

Victoria, you have absolutely made Hannah’s day—in fact, you’ve made the entire team’s day with your incredibly kind words. We’re especially grateful that, despite having such a horrible experience yesterday due to the Air Traffic Control outage, you still took the time to leave such a wonderful 5-star review for Hannah. Today has been incredibly challenging for both our customers and our staff, so reading your feedback has been genuinely uplifting. It’s moments like this that remind us why we do what we do and make all our efforts to assist our fabulous customers so worthwhile. Hannah is an absolute superstar who always goes above and beyond for our clients. She has asked us to pass on her heartfelt thanks for your lovely words. We hope you have a truly fabulous holiday and thank you once again.

We have travelled with Broadway on many occasions & I know why we keep coming back, customer service is excellent!
Were due to fly tomorrow & yesterday I thought 'have I booked Special Assistance for my husband' which should be booked up to 48 hours before you fly!
I rang Broadway this morning, spoke to a lovely lady named Claire who took all the details said she would send it over to Ryanair even though it was late notice.
Within 10 minutes I received an email from Ryanair with the request confirmation.
I rang Broadway right back to 'Thank Claire' what impeccable service that was.
Keep up the good work Broadway, till next time.

The agent tried to charge significantly more than was advertised. He coukdn't tell us what the carry on allowance was and tried to push us into buying hold luggage.
