Broadland Fuels Arvostelua 

I’ve been a Broadland/NWF Fuels customer for around 10 years and I’ve never experienced service this poor until recently. In the last 3 months alone I’ve been let down three times, and this week was the final straw.

I placed a full tank top-up order on Monday and was clearly told it would be delivered by Friday at the latest (possibly earlier). I called again on Tuesday/Wednesday to double-check and was reassured it was still coming by Friday.

Then today at around 3:55pm, after chasing again, I was told my order had been struck off the round. No one had informed me. No one could give me a new delivery date. I was told they wouldn’t know anything until the planning team rescheduled it — and I wasn’t allowed to speak to the planning team either.

I shouldn’t have to repeatedly phone just to make sure a delivery is actually happening, and I definitely shouldn’t be finding out at the last minute that my order has effectively been cancelled with zero communication.

Completely unacceptable service and a huge drop from what they used to be. I’ve lost all confidence and would not recommend them based on my recent experiences.

I’ve been a loyal customer for many years, I placed an order for heating oil weeks before Christmas, on four, yes four occasions my delivery was cancelled, no apology, no explanation, nothing !!! After the last enquiry by me this morning I was assured my order was out for delivery, at 2pm I received a message cancelling my delivery yet again, all this in the coldest weather in years, I’m in my 80 year ad my partially disabled wife is 78, not the slightest consideration was given to us. Nobody at Broadland Fuels returned my calls as promised, the business is a shambles, I will never use this company again and will advise anybody to avoid them like the plague.

Constantly told it would be delivered that day then failing to. The driver was the best part of this he was lovely to deal with. We were desperate and we ordered well in advance of the time needed with the promise of delivery before the 23rd. We do not appreciate having to turn the hot water off over Christmas or waiting in the four separate occasions at such a busy time.

Didn't turn up or contact us to say why, Boo....
Got delivery 29th, charged us a premium (distress purchase price possibly?).
Couldn't apply sales offer discount voucher supplied by broadland so I paid in full!
Played a blinder on this one (broadland or whoever you really are?)

Will never use these people again. Badly let down on delivery, no forewarning, and they expect me to use them in the future?

Extremely poor service
Terrible communications - I was told they would ring us back on serval occasions but neither BoilerJuice or NWF / Broadlands Fuel did.

Oil delivery was SIX days late, even though we had requested the delivery to be cancelled by both NWF Fuels (Broadland Fuels) and Boiler Juice, then they decided to deliver even though the order was cancelled and an emergency supplier had been used.

Very poor service, just go direct to another supplier and avoid at all costs.

The delivery was so efficient we missed it! The team at head office were great and confirmed all details

Oil ordered in November delivery promised within 9 days. No delivery.when I called to find out why, was told I shouldn't gave been offered pay on delivery, but they never thought to call and tell me that. Said if they couldnt deliver within a reasonable timescale would cancel order, then promised delivery for the 9th December, which didn't happen, then for the 10th then the 11th, none of which happened. Office staff very pleasant and apologetic, but 6 weeks is too long to wait for a delivery which fails to arrive. Wouldn't ever use them again, this experience has been quite trying enough.

The website was easy to use. The order was supposed to be on the 28th November, but never arrived and no notification of the date being changed. When it did arrive on the 1st December, the delivery driver was very friendly and professional. Perhaps Broadland Fuels could notify customers if a delivery is delayed.

1st time buying oil for fuel, it was really simple and everyone I spoke too super helpful.

Helpful and not only they managed to get me a next day delivery first class service

Excellent service from Broadland fuels, friendly, helpful and always go that extra mile to ensure the heating oil is delivered as soon as possible. Wouldn’t use anywhere else.
