Broadband Genie Arvostelua 

Found a great Broadband Full Fibre deal on Broadband Genie, followed the links and got to supplier page to find dearer prices for Broadband. Either not working properly or a scam. Going to a reputable website to get my deal. Very disappointed.

Received voucher code on time as stated and voucher worked with no issues simple efficient service,on this experience highly recommend.

I signed up with Community Fibre when they were advertising a reward of £75 as gift-card. I received the gift-card in my inbox, without having to take any action, just as they advertised.

I used then to find the best Internet deal for me and got s very generous voucher in the end. Great experience overall!

EDIT: Called in 3 times. Told them what deal I wanted on their site, still asked the same process questions over and over with littel variances. One lady on the phone asked "who will I be calling?"... What kind of intrusive question is that to ask?

After going through the questions they gave me "recommended deals" that were obviously more expensive than the deal I wanted. I told them no, and they say the deal I want is not available.

I was then able to get the deal I wanted with a little troubleshooting from the responder of this review.

Although my situation was resolved, I still believe the outsourced call centre they use is terrible. Be aware of overly-scripted salespeople and make sure you know the exact deal you want.

The gift certificate came in the right amount and the timing was as predicted... 4 months.
