I have ordered from this company before & had no problems but I have ordered 6 badges & a keyring (over £113 worth of goods) in good time for VE Day and nothing has arrived. Order 5273
Bearing in mind they are still advertising get your badges now on time for VE Day. I am very sad and if they haven’t arrived by the close of business today I will be requesting a full refund.

Ordered pin badge in March but never received maid a complaint on trust pilot and they responded to my complaint and have now received so as they responded and received it I would use again they just need to respond more quickly to e mails thank you

DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - No product received and no communication with the company
I have placed an order on April 4, 2025 for 3 pins VE Day 80th Anniversary Commemorative Poppy & Laurel Pin Badges, now May 4, 2025. Delivery was supposedly 17 days from confirming order! I have tried to reach out to the company but they don’t answer back. My order is BP4896. I too, wished I had read the reviews before sending the money. There are a lot of items that I wish to purchase but right now I’m upset that I can’t even get the first order. If i don’t hear something soon I’ll be getting my money back. BUT if I get the products that I ordered I will retract my complaint and give a much better review and place my next order.
Also I’ve noticed that the replies from the “company” are all the same. So I will wait 1 week for the order and then if not forthcoming I will be going to get refund and spread the word to everyone who is thinking about ordering.

You should not sell stock you don't have.
NOT GOOD PRACTICE.

I paid for 2 VE Day 80th anniversary…
I paid for 2 VE Day 80th anniversary pin badges on 19th March 2025. Still waiting on them. Only one reply from my 15 emails. Told they would be available from the end of April, no further information about them. They are now trying to scam more money out of customers.

I wish I had read these reviews before collecting the money from friends to place an order for some pin badges. Ordered in February, chased a few times but despite responses (often delayed), I am told demand and stock shortage is the issue and my order will be escalated. Still waiting, they have my money, I owe badges or money to people. Not what I expect from a company promoting British values. Last thing I want is some apology on here. I want what I ordered.

I placed an order on 18 March for VE Day 80th Anniversary Commemorative Pin Badges, wanting to gift to 2 friends this week - on my third attempt of messaging British Pride they responded saying they were out of stock and should be with them by the end of April - cutting it very short at the VE Day is on 8 May!!! I asked for a refund and again have received no response. BRITISH PRIDE do not respond saying you have to do better, respond with an actual outcome. I will never order from British Pride again.

I placed an order in January for a towel, and have still not received it ! Despite sending emails asking where it is, I’ve even asked for a refund, you’re lucky to get a response and if you do they say …’we will chase it up and get back to you”… and they never do! They still have my money 4 months later … will NEVER use this company again and do not recommend it to any one else 😡

No delivery and no communication
Placed an order in February with no sign of delivery 3 weeks later, received one reply to say delay in shipping. Further email have gone unanswered and requested that the order be cancelled. No response 7 weeks later. Raised a payment dispute with my bank and Citizens Advice. Please be cautious purchasing from this company.

Not Received my 2 Pin Badges. Disgraceful Service
I have placed two orders and have not received my pins. I am A Falklands veteran and have completed 23 years of service.
First Order - 25th March - Proud to have served Royal Navy.
Second Order - 18th March - VE Day 80th Anniversary Commemorative Pin badge
I have also sent seven emails complaining and have not even received a reply. This is a disgraceful way to treat a customer, a Veteran. I would suggest this is what is wrong with British Pride today—no respect.
I can not locate an actual contact number so I can speak to a customer service representative.

Item not delivered
I placed my order on 23rd March and despite their website stating that orders are dispatched within 48 hours, my order still hasn’t been shipped. I have not received any update regarding my order and no response to my email requesting an explanation of why it hasn’t shipped.
I have now submitted a request with my bank to get a refund. If anyone from the company is reading this and intends to reply, kindly note that I now just wish to cancel my order and be given a full refund
