Since email correspondence is not being met (I am sincerely wondering if it has been hijacked…but that is me…). But someone seems to answer here.

I am wondering about the two orders I placed in July. I know that I am in the US and our pending tariff situation on smalls is a bit of a doomsday scenario (so, sorry…but these orders were in July…and you have over $100 of my money that I cannot get back or receive product).

Could someone, anyone, please tell me the status of these two orders?

I am sad, confused, and don’t recommend them as an online shop, especially for a US customer trying to get some Christmas presents put together. Thank you.

Ordered on 14th July. Now going into September, and still not received my order or my money back, or even any communication. Terrible, terrible lack of service. Avoid this company at all costs

After a rocky start with a few issues delivery was finally made.
Have to say the quality of products recieved made the original issues a distant memory.
Great quality items and packaged with care and attention.
Only criticism of my experience would be for better communication with customers and a missing pin from the defence medal hence 3 stars not 5.
But thank you for the outstanding items

Been waiting for my order for nearly 2 weeks, the website only states it takes 4-6 days for delivery. I'm really disappointed as it's my dad's 60th birthday and it won't come in time. I have emailed and received nothing either. 6680 Is the order number if you can tell me the status

Still waiting for order placed and paid for at the end of July. They are not returning my emails. My husband served for his country and you do this as respect for him and all service people. They send me 2 emails a day wanting me to place another order but cannot send me my 1st one !! Hope you get lots of interest ££ on all this money which is not yours to keep.

Another one to have a bad experience with this company still waiting for a refund on undelivered parcel.Ithink trading standards need to get involved with this poorly run outfit.A word of warning STEER CLEAR of this outfit.

So "John", I have emailed your company and surprise surprise. No response! Really is a shocking way to treat customers. As a veteran I was looking forward to receiving my veterans badges. My order number is #BP63740. As this seems to be the only way your company will communicate i would appreciate you sorting this debacle out and sending my order or giving me a full refund.

I still have not received my item. It has been weeks!

I received a reply stating that my item would be sent out asap. I still have not received it!

Good people of Trustpilot, I'm doing this on your behalf to further highlight how much you SHOULD NOT put your trust or money into this company. It all looks glossy and smooth and you can have your purchase in 48hrs tracked using Royal Mail but the reality is so different. I wrote things in my last review to warn you all about this company and I hope they were useful. After leaving my review, a few days later John form British Pride replied to my review, he was so apologetic, he must have been falling over the pile of words of he had and assurances he gave me, in fact I don't kn ow how he got through the door to his office, if there is one, to get to his computer such is surely the Everest size stash of words he had. He used phrases like Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. "We completely understand your frustration, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience". There was bobbing and weaving around the fact of "There’s no excuse for the lack of response to your emails, and it’s clear we’ve fallen far short of both your expectations and our own standards". I'm not convinced this company has any standards apart from very LOW ones which involve taking your money, making promises they don't keep then trying to placate you with wordiness to cover up their truly woeful short Cummings. There is then a quick break for a snack of humble pie,"We understand that promises without action are meaningless, and we are committed to resolving this for you without delay". Now the good people of Trustpilot I don't know what your interpretation of 'without delay' is but mine is 'do it there and then' to make sure i keep my promise and keep my customers happy. It would appear John's definition is 'put a load of words into the computer and then forget about it, that will stop them moaning'! Well John, it wont as I feel it is my duty to alert the people to your shambolic, lying ways. It doesn't stop there though, he goes on, crampons attached, climbing his Eiger of words.
"We are now investigating the status of your order immediately. If the item has not yet shipped, we will ensure it is dispatched as a priority, or we will process a full refund at your request". I was now thinking there was a chink of light at the end of the tunnel in getting my purchase in time for my fathers funeral, so I sent an email and a contact form, just to be sure John got my response confirming that I wanted the product not a refund as soon as possible. Guess what, I got absolutely no reply, no email confirming dispatch, no tracking number, nothing. I thought the snack of humble pie would have worked but it seemed he needed a three course meal of pie as the next paragraph read, "We also want to thank you for your honest feedback. It’s clear that our communication and fulfilment process needs urgent improvement, and messages like yours help bring these shortcomings into sharp focus".

"Again, we apologise sincerely for the upset and inconvenience this has caused you". I thought 'he must be full now and want to get this item to me in time, it does, however look like John is severely constipated as I have had nothing, after all of the emails and contact forms i've sent telling him, 'send it' it hasn't yet passed through the digestive track of this S@!t company and just goes to prove that John is in fact the constipated b@$%*'d I have come to whole heatedly believe he is.
He was given an ultimatum, send the item or explain yourself to trading standards. I have my trading standards reference number and I am now going to make the call to further update them on the state of this case then its over to them and out of my hands to try and get through to John, and i am a man of my word and don't make veiled threats as they are empty, promises i carry out and this is a promise.
Now it leaves me with the next task of getting my money back but again i promise you John i will!
I see that the company is having a closing down sale, I would urge you John, don't spend the loot on a holiday or a new car as i'm pretty sure you will need to pay for a solicitor and possibly face court costs as well, just enjoy the British sunshine and don't ever link your name to British or Pride again, you shouldn't be able to call yourself British if you rip fellow Britain's off in such a disgusting way, then promise them you will do something then don't do it and as for associating your name with the word Pride, i hope you choke on what ever bit of Pride you may have about yourself as I can assure you, i have no trust and would never wear a product of yours with Pride, id rather wear a dog turd!
