I have been travelling for years now…
I have been travelling for years now but never had such a terrible experience with any travel agencies. Please don't only read the positive comments could be fraudulent,read through the 1 star reviews as they reflect on how this company would do anything to rip your money .Please avoid talking to Pawan and Sharad ,main culprits in running this scam . Fraudulent yourl never get your money back.
I am not able to reply to your reply so I had to update here, if your'll had given 3 people compensation why we would booked new tickets for us, 1st of all we had to inform the airline, we had to wait until last day thinking your'll would have done it cause when we contacted the airline they said they did not receive any documents for medical emergency from your'll. But the airlines helped us straight away, but few things they said they cannot do cause we booked the tickets from your agency.

However, the airline agreed to provide compensation only for 3 out of the 7 passengers, as you also confirmed when you reached out to them directly. We submitted the medical certificate and all relevant documentation to support your case, and we requested that the airline review this situation with compassion. We sincerely apologize that the outcome was not as you had hoped, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

I would say please be careful whilst booking make sure you record every word they say . I read all the good reviews and thought they are trustworthy but unfortunately feels like the reviews are paid for! Very disappointing , if you need any help with ur ticket once you purchase please don’t even dream they will help you . They made me cry on the phone several times . Selfish , self-centered and careless . I had to extend my ticket as my daughter was in hospital for an emergency heart treatment . Despite of providing all the proof they failed to help me and lied saying the airline was not responding . When I called the airline they said they never received no information from the agency . Liars quoting me an additional 800 per person just to change the date . Please please don’t trust them they will do anything to eat even a penny . Booked through another company they offered 400 pound cheaper for the same flight !!!

Pawan from Bright sun is very polite and helpful rep for Bright sun based in UK. He tries to get us competitive prices. HE worked hard to get me around 8 legs of flights from Canada via india , Australia, Nz and back to canada, for both me and My husband., I have used him many times for bookings and will continue to do so. We like his attitude. However Bright sun themselves need to allow him to give a bit better rates as often I can get cheaper on the web, but I want to pay in INR therefore I use bright sun as they are also based in India, So good for NRIS.

The hotel is excellent
The hotel is excellent, beautiful mountain views, and a nice restaurant in the hotel. The room itself was luxurious and comfortable. The staff is very cooperative, professional and very welcoming, especially Sakshi, Vansh and Vinod. They helped us through every meal during our trip. The restaurant food is tasty and the staff is attentive. The housekeeping staff here is very honest and helpful. Wi-Fi connectivity was a little problem but it was resolved. Overall it was a nice stay at Mussoorie and I look forward to coming again and staying.
