I'm just getting started with Bright HR and Rebecca McNab provided great initial training on how to use the system and was able to answer all my queries as I asked them. I'm looking forward to using the software to keep track of staff entitlements, etc. and stay compliant with employment law.

Just finished a training meeting with Rebecca McNab, who relayed all the information clearly, and in a way that I found easy to follow and understand. Rebecca showed great patience and was very willing to go back over anything when needed. I am confident about what I have learned and feel that I will be able to implement the training as instructed.

Aaron was professional, clear in his instruction and answered any questions I asked. I had a good onboarding experience.

Horrendous. Do not waste your money. I have paid for email advice never receive. Customer service a sham they do nothing. Give advice over the phone when requested email. So if you have one word wrong the. Bright Hr say we won't cover you.
