I would like to commend Conor McLoughlin for his exceptional support and professionalism during what was an extremely difficult and delicate situation.

We recently got BrightHR to do a comprehensive review of all our company contracts and employee handbooks. Our rep, Melissa Draper, was incredibly thorough, identifying key areas that were out of date and providing the exact, correct edits we needed to put in place. The whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish. It is a massive relief knowing our documentation is now completely airtight and compliant. I had my first Bright HR health check today with senior accounts manager Alice Hackney. I found her presentation very informative and helpful. I had several queries with areas I was struggling with and Alice walked me through how to navigate these areas. She was most helpful and very pleasant to deal with 😊

If you’re considering signing up to BrightHR, read every single word of the contract before you do.

My experience has been incredibly frustrating. We discovered we had been paying for this service for years despite it never being meaningfully used. When we contacted BrightHR, I expected them to take a fair and reasonable approach to resolving the issue. Instead, they relied entirely on the small print and insisted on continuing to charge us for the remaining term of the contract.

I also raised a number of serious questions about how the agreement was entered into on behalf of our company, including who entered information into the agreement, what checks were carried out regarding the signatory’s authority, and requested supporting records. Many of those questions remain unanswered, and several requests for documentation were refused.

What disappointed me most wasn’t just the contract itself—it was the complete lack of goodwill. A company that values long-term customer relationships could have looked at the circumstances and tried to reach a fair solution. Instead, I was met with rigid policies and an unwillingness to exercise any discretion.

In my opinion, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve dealt with. I would urge any business owner to be extremely cautious, fully understand the automatic renewal terms and cancellation clauses before signing, and think carefully before committing.

I certainly won’t be using BrightHR again.

The hidden 90 day notice for renewals is very sneaky from bright HR. I had spoke with my representative over the phone well before this period explaining how I would not be renewing. Then '60 days' before the renewal period I had started to email bright about wanting to cancel the contract. Took a month to get a response anyway so can't imagine if I did it 31 days prior I would have got it in time. Also in contract that I would be notified 30 days before this cancellation window however I received an email 3 months before the cancellation period telling me when the renewal cancellation window was. Terrible customer service and very sneaky charges. App never worked as supposed to and multiple issues along the way hence reason for not wanting to renew. Will be taking this further as they are still charging for a service we haven't used in over 4 months

These guys are very incompetent when they are selling their product you think they wd help. My Health and safety statement took me 3 weeks their dept is only advisory so had to pay a consultant instead. That double expenditure.The policies am meant to adapt have taken me 3months because they cdnt tell me what I needed or how to download them into the dashboard. I wish I knew this b4 I signed up. The customer service lady I spoke to today was punching the call to IT and yet it wasn't an IT issue

Had a great training session with Sarah Y from Bright today. An good platform and she helped us understand how to make the most of it. Very strong H&S Support Service.

Sarah Yeates was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgable. She knew the Bright HR platform well and guided me through it fantastically. If I had one slight criticism, not of Sarah, but the Croner setup it is the following. This was great for knowing what Bright HR could do, but not at telling me what I needed to do. That is probably a call with another person, and maybe can't be combined, but an observation of mine.

Sarah did a great job of running through the Bright system for HR and Health/Safety. Was not in a rush and was willing to help with any aspect in terms of questions or actioning an item while she waited on the call. Couldn't have asked for more.

In process of launching Bright HR system and had some queries that would have caused serious issues if not resolved. Was in contact with Eve C online and they were so helpful and knowledgeable. Spelled things out so simply and waited online whilst I tested it. Then I had a follow up related question and that was fully explained and directions given also. Making things easier is the whole point of this system and it helps when the support is top class to back that up.

I have recently signed up to using BrightHR for my 4 businesses and Aaron Maher was my onboarding contact. Aaron was very patient and helpful and he has offered extended support beyond this initial stage. I look forward to working with him to make my businesses more streamlined.

I had an onboarding session with **Sarah Yeates**, and she was fantastic. Sarah explained both BrightHR and BrightSafe clearly, kept everything easy to follow, and answered every question with patience and professionalism. Her friendly approach made the whole session engaging and genuinely helpful. I came away feeling confident using the systems and really impressed by the quality of the support. Highly recommended!
