Brightbox is excellent. We liked how responsive Max was - you could get hold of him pretty much anytime of the day, and he was even answering emails during his wedding week. Max is also proactive - we managed to secure a low interest rate because Max was aware that rates would be going up and reminded us to get all our forms in and he and Daniel worked hard to get the app in on time. As a result we got our dream house. He also advised on a good remortgage package on my flat which has meant I will have a 2.2% interest rate for a few more years. Overall, can’t fault Brightbox.

I was lucky enough my friend referred Max to me when two of my previous brokers said I didn't have affordability to buy the house (I thought I could definitely afford it). Max was very efficient, responded to emails quickly, and was very clever. He quickly analysed my situation and told me why others said I couldn't afford it (because of my child's nursery fees), he told me that since my child will be three years old soon, this cost will be greatly reduced and they would mention it in the application materials. This helped me successfully apply for my mortgage. Of course, we also encountered some other problems during the process, and Max helped me solve them.

Daniel followed up on the subsequent procedures, he was also very efficient and asked my opinion every step of the way, which made me feel very at ease.

I would recommend them to all my friends who have mortgage problems, they are really really excellent. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
