Super fast super responsive

Ordered Thursday evening arrived Friday afternoon. Just 5 euros more for express delivery. Amazingly responsive, set arrived whole and intact and with no signs of damage + all the pieces were there. Thanks!

Great service and price

Bookshop will be my first stop for buying lego from now on. They have a great selection of rare Lego, their delivery service is timely and it was very competitive. I have no hesitation in recommending Brickshop. I used to order directly from Lego but in price and service, Brickshop does better!

Ordered the Lego Star Destroyer BCS. At the time of ordering BRICKshop were by far the best value. For such an investment they were extremely prompt in their service and delivery was made in a matter of a few days with the enhanced shipment. Would highly recommend...

Mangelhafte Konversation - keine Rückmeldung

Mir wurde ein beschädigter Legobausatz zu geschickt. Wert 500€. Erst mangelhafte Konversation und soll dann auch noch selber die Rücksendekosten aufkommen.
Nach meiner Beschwerde, keine Rückmeldung mehr erhalten.
Achtung: Kein Paypal und daher kein Käuferschutz möglich!

delivery time is critical

I know delivery time is critical during this time but this is just too much... 12 days no sign yet it is the order of 200 euros thre is no customer service i can reach.

Excellent service!

Could not recommend this company enough. Ordered in the afternoon and delivered to my door 48 hours later through their standard shipping to UK. Very impressive.
I received tracking after about 30 mins of placing the order too. Will 100% be using this company again.

Great service!

This was our first online order from Brickshop. Very pleased with the service and delivery time. We chose no-rush delivery but still received the delivery in reasonable time. We also received a complimentary magazine which was a very nice gesture. Thank you for that! Thanks to the team who is still working in these challenging times to make sure kids can still order and receive toys. Definitely recommend Brickshop online store!!
