This was the first time I had used 'brickshop'. Ordering was very easy. The service was first class, they kept me informed all along the way, as to where my parcel was. Delivery was very quick. And on top of all that, it was the cheapest I found. Would certainly use 'brickshop' again.

I ordered a lego set for my autistic son on the 29th November 2019. It was for his christmas. Unfortunately I am still waiting for delivery. The set cost euro189 so not a small amount. I have sent over a dozen mails to their customer service team who simply dont care, show any empathy or understanding. They tried to blame me that I gave wrong address, this is not the case. I have asked for their Manager to call me or mail me, still waiting. They refuse to escalate the matter to their Management. You cannot call directly and are forced to send mails to their customer service team. In one response they advised me to stop chasing them!!!
Today 4 weeks after I sent my first mail stating non receipt, I requested a full refund. Only to be advised it will take 6 - 7 weeks to investigate. They once again refuse to escalate my complaint and now state I must put my complaint in writing.
All responses come from a generic e mail address, no name given, no way of simply talking to someone directly to even try and resolve the matter.
Shocking and I would not recommend this company to anyone

Bestel niet bij deze winkel!
Ik adviseer iedereen niet bij deze winkel te bestellen. Ze hebben mij een kapot artikel geleverd. Bij een klacht hierover per mail (want telefonisch is er alleen een antwoordapparaat!) wordt je onfatsoenlijk behandeld. Ze geven aan dat je te laat bent met de klacht (huh, binnen de wettelijke termijn van 14 dagen) en verwijzen naar de fabrikant (niet aan de orde, de koopovereenkomst is met Brickshop, niet met de fabrikant). Ze willen me de kosten voor retour van het kapotte artikel laten betalen etc: Het gaat waarschijnlijk vaak goed, maar lees de beoordelingen maar eens als het mis gaat, ook op Brickshop.nl. Dan lossen ze het voor geen enkele klant op.

Hands off! Bad packaging. Article arrived broken. Contacted Brickshop.eu. They told me the risk of damage must be borne by the buyer, otherwise I should buy in a local store next time. No concession, unfriendly customer "service". Never again!

Best price I could find. Smooth ordering with no hidden surprises like extra for postage appearing at the last second. Perfect condition upon arrival. Communication was perfect with email updates at every stage of ordering and delivery and it arrived a week early... from Holland to UK in 3 days total!!! Would use again and would recommend to anyone. Amazing!

Bought LEGO 21042 Statue of Liberty and 21309 NASA Apollo Saturn V from Brickshop at a good price with fast delivery and excellent service.
