Been using the Anti-Aging Gel Moisturizer for a while, and it is a great product. Can’t wait to use the face wash and eye cream.

I've been a Brickell customer for several years now. I have used a wide variety of their products, from moisturizers, to shampoo and eye serum. Brickell products have all been consistent in quality at a good price. They are worth trying out if you are in the market for great skin and hair care.

The products are EXCELLENT! My hair, scalp, face, skin all feel great! The product is as advertised, which is rare these days!! I will definitely be a recurring customer! Thank you for great products.

Support staff was ready and able to help me choose the right products for my skin. Brickell product samples were a big part of my choice. Seeing is believing.

Wow - what an experience it has been.
Delivery took almost 4 weeks - support blaming Amazon fulfillment (if it's a know issue - maybe logistics need re-evaluation?)

Products arrived and looked decent, although packaging is very last decade - so much plastic!

But the worst was when I applied the deodorants. I used up my existing other products and then started to use Brickell. I got a serious rash within 2 hours - it took 4 days to ease the symptoms. I waited a few more days and tried a second deodorant from my delivery, only on one side and only a small quantity, just to confirm it's their product causing the issue. Within 2 hours I had the same symptoms under the arm again.
I've contacted support again and all they have to say is 'it's past our return policy'. Just wow. Not only seriously harming products, but also zero customer service. I will seek legal advise on this. This scam has be stopped.

Have been using Brickell Men's Products for years and have always had a great experience with their products. Their products don't use harsh chemicals and always leave my skin looking and feeling great.

£5.50 sample trial worth every penny. Seems like a good variety of men’s skin and hair care products. Not noticed anything astonishing using these products but still worth a try for only £5.50 incl post and packaging

I ordered the Sea Salt Spray and sample kit and I received them with no problem. The Sea Salt Spray is ok, but I did not like the samples. In general, they are fairly runny and they feel and smell like chemicals. I've used many skin care products in my life and I would rate these in the lower half of them.

Gave me horrible cystic acne, everyday of use more acne would show up. Used for about a week and acne was worst it's ever been. Returned, luckily i got it thru amazon cuz it sounds like the support at Brickells is the worst.

Ordered the 'free' sample kit. Don't be fooled, the cost is in the postage at those prices.

Never seen so much plastic used for packaging and glued together, wrapped several times and I can't see the word 'sustainability' on their website anywhere. Should have checked in advance as wouldn't have ordered.

I ordered the sample kit. I wasn't surprised like many others seem to be that I paid about $9.00 for shipping (nothing is free). I got exactly what they said and it arrived promptly within 2-3 days. Love the shampoo and body wash. The skin exfoliate is great too but u only get 2 face washes if that but it's samples so it's expected. They give a generous portion of eye cream, face Moisturizer and anti aging cream. I got about 2 weeks of use from the shampoo and body wash. A little goes a long way. Charcoal clay wash is nice however the clarifying face gel wash smelled like petrol and burned. Overall I was quite pleased with $9 worth of their product. The lager sizes r more than what I might want to pay but when I'm done with all of it I'll make a decision which if any I'll purchase.

I've ordered and received their sample kit of products and really, it wasn't great. They charge a premium price. I received an email on 8/22/2023 offering $120 store credit so of course I clicked on it. I received an email back from Noah Wilson advising on how to get the credit. Step one was to "Purchase any one of the following products off Amazon.com... and leave an honest review." - that's all fine, right? well it was the next part. "We'd also appreciate if you don't mention we compensated you for the products in your review. DO NOT write your review until at least 7 days after you receive the product."

Not only does that go against Amazon and the FTC's rules... it's unethical. You are compensating someone for reviews (which is fine) and telling them NOT to be honest about it.
